This spacious, multi-level townhouse is designed for comfort and convenience, with private bathrooms for every bedroom and stunning beach and sunset views.

Fourth Floor:
* Beachside Suite: A luxurious king bed, ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower, and a private balcony with a daybed and Adirondack chairs overlooking the pool and ocean.
* Bayside Bedroom: Perfect for kids, this room features a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A desk with a monitor is also available for remote work or study.

Third Floor:
* Open-Concept Living: Gather on the extra-large sectional couch for a movie night. The living area opens onto a balcony with a small table, four chairs, a loveseat, and swivel chairs for enjoying the sea breeze.
* Fully-Stocked Kitchen: Prepare meals in a kitchen equipped with everything you need. It features a peninsula with three barstools and a dining table with seating for six. A half-bathroom is also located on this floor.

Second Floor:
* Beachside Suite: Unwind in a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Step out onto your private balcony, furnished with two Adirondack chairs, two armchairs, and a coffee table.
* Bayside Bedroom: This cozy room offers a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a lovely bay view. You'll find a collection of board games in the closet for family fun.

Ground Floor & Outdoors:
* Laundry: A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your use.
* Post-Beach Rinse: An outdoor shower and hose are perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
* Beach Gear: A closet is loaded with beach chairs and a beach cart for your convenience.
* Grill & Seating: A gas grill is provided, along with stackable plastic chairs and a picnic table for outdoor dining.

Family & Pet Amenities:
* A highchair and children's dinnerware are provided.
* A storage cabinet is stocked with towels and blankets for your pup.

Guest access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire townhouse. You are also welcome to use the shared community pool and the boardwalk that leads directly to the beach.

Self-Check-in:
* Convenient keyless entry with a keypad.
* Parking: Free parking is available on the premises.
* Restricted Areas: Please note that three owner's closets are locked and not accessible to guests.

Guest interaction:
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your visit.

Neighborhood overview:
Sea Cliffs is a gated quiet community on the north end of Cape San Blas. There is a community pool with a cabana and bathroom. There is a small playground area for children. There is a walkover to the beach with benches at the top. It is a wonderful place to watch the gorgeous sunsets.

Getting around:
We are limited to 3 vehicles per unit, including trailered boats. But may be able to accommodate more, just message me.

Other things to note:
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply to get you settled, including one roll of paper towels, a new roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, body soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
* Internet: The home is equipped with high-speed fiber internet, perfect for streaming or remote work.
Safety: For your security, there are exterior security cameras on the property. For the safety of little ones, the home is equipped with window guards.
* Weather Policy: We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, including hurricanes, unless a mandatory evacuation is issued for the area. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June-November).
* Elevator Use: You are welcome to use the elevator. Please be very patient, as it is slow. The inner and outer doors on ALL levels must be fully and securely closed for it to operate. Children under 12 must not be allowed to ride alone or play with the elevator. You are responsible for ensuring it is operated properly.
