Mermaids 3 is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach home that sleeps 10. It is surrounded by nature and beautiful gulf scenery on all sides! Having no neighbors provides a view from every window! It is less than a 2 minute walk to the dog friendly, white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Mornings can be spent sitting on the front deck watching the sun come up with both canal and gulf views, bidding the boats a farewell as they head out to sea or on the back deck with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and the vast sand dunes and wooded area to the south. If it’s a tad chilly, light the fire pit on the deck and wrap up and enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. The decks are spacious and roomy enough for the entire family to enjoy.

We will provide our guests with all the luxuries of the perfect vacation! A golf cart to make getting all of the beach supplies to the water including beach chairs, toys and an umbrella or two. We will even provide an ice chest to ice down the perfect beverage for the day.

If you would like a few excursions during your stay, we can accommodate you!! WE offer our guests discounts on deep sea fishing trips where we promise you won’t come home empty handed or maybe a 1.5-2 hour pontoon ride for 12 to Historic Apalachicola for fine dining, shopping or just relaxing to some live music on the bay. If that’s a little too much, we can do picnics on the tip of Cape San Blas or maybe Crooked Island which are accessible only by boat and the water is always beautiful. If its just a quick trip out of the pass to catch the sunset on the water, we can handle that too!! If you have your own boat, a boat slip right out the back door is available. We will go the extra mile to see this is a vacation to remember!!

There is a big flat screen TV located on the bottom outdoor area perfect for watching football or your favorite Hallmark movie. We offer a wood pellet or gas grill with a sink and cabinet tops perfect for serving. We also have enough seating for your entire crew. You will also discover the perfect outdoor restroom with all the necessities of a full bath… two shower heads, dressing area, stocked with bath towels and even a lighted mirror with outlets.

Head upstairs to an open concept living/kitchen area with 20 foot ceilings and windows galore to give the perfect lighting and warmth of a perfect beach day. There is also a private sitting area off of the main living room for a peaceful retreat for games or to relax with a great book. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a dining table for 8, a breakfast table for 6 and there is also seating at the open bar for 6 more. The pantry offers a coffee bar and drink cooler and right across the way the laundry with a half bath. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen the other with two twins, with a full bath to accommodate them. This floor also has the large deck I had mentioned before where you can light the fire, snuggle up if necessary, and take in the view!

Upstairs opens to the beautiful living room below with a cat walk to three more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of the ocean and wooded sand dunes. When you open your eyes after a wonderful nights sleep in a very comfortable queen bed I might add, you will see paradise at first glance! Not to mention, the MB opens up to a large deck with phenomenal views! My favorite spot!! The night sky is magical lit up with stars and nothing to hinder your view! It’s like you can reach out and touch the moon.

The master bath has an oversized walk in shower with 3 luxurious shower heads and a jet tub with a window with a view of the gulf!! You will be in love!!
The other two bedrooms have unbelievable views as well. One bedroom has two twins while the other a queen. There is a full bath accessible for these two bedrooms along with a sitting area which also opens to the upstairs deck.
