Saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit WiFi / Netflix 1 Stunde von Yosemite.

Der Frühling ist da! Warme und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich ca. 3 / 4mi vom Dorf entfernt (Hauptdrehscheibe der Stadt für Restaurants und Nachtleben). Es ist ca. 1 Autostunde von Mammoth bis zum Eingang nach Yosemite. Tioga Pass Eingang. (Bedingungen überprüfen). Es ist ungefähr eine weitere 1,5-stündige Fahrt durch das malerische Yosemite, um das Tal zu erreichen (Half Dome, El Cap usw.).

620 sq ft Studio Loft Wohnung. 1 Badezimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Oben Queen-Bett, unten Queen-Size-Schlafsofa.
Unsere Wohnung ist klein, es ist absolut ideal für ein Paar oder ein Paar mit kleinen Kindern, aber es kann für 4 Erwachsene wachsen. Manche scheinen es nicht zu stören.

Dies ist eine Nichtraucher-Einheit.

Wir sind streng über die Belegung. Dies kann / wird zum Verlust der Kaution führen.

In unserer Wohnung bieten wir WiFi für diejenigen, die es für Arbeit, Erholung oder vielleicht für Netflix benötigen (wir verwenden es für alle). Beide Flachbildschirme t. vs verfügen über Roku-Streaming und sind mit unseren Netflix- und Amazon-Filmkonten verbunden (nur kostenlose Filme). Im Obergeschoss t. v. wird nur gestreamt.

Loft verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, separates Bad, begehbarer Dusche, Haarfön, Badetücher, und ist mit nicht-persönliche Pflegeprodukte. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden von unserem eigenen privaten Service (meistens Mammutwäscher) gewaschen und zubereitet. Alle Bettwäsche sind gebügelt, um schön auszusehen und hoffentlich für einen sauberen, schönen Schlaf zu sorgen.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine gemütliche Couch / Schlafcouch, einen Kamin und bestücktes Brennholz, einen Flachbild-HDTV und WLAN. Roku Streaming von Filmen mit Netflix- und Amazon-Filmen. Gewölbedecken und Süden Dual-Fenster Fenster, die das Licht in den ganzen Tag lassen (wenn Sie mögen).

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Auto-Timer-Kaffeemaschine und eine Topftopf für langsames Kochen, während Sie out-- Wandern / Angeln / Skifahren! Es ist ein voller Größe Tabelle, die 4 Sitze.

Wir sind stolz darauf, eine saubere, gut organisiert und ohne Kabelsalat Einheit. Wir wissen aus Erfahrung, es gibt nichts Schlimmeres als die Buchung einen Platz für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub, fahren stundenlang, nur um von einem weniger als saubere Wohnung zu begrüßen.

Ein paar Aspekte zu diesem Ort fanden wir so attraktiv waren die ersten, es ist ruhig und friedlich, und die zweite, die bequemen Parkplatz / Entladen / Laden. Zwei Parkplätze sind für Sie direkt vor der Tür vorbehalten. Nach einem langen Tag werden Sie nicht für das Parken zu suchen und trudge-- mit GANG-- über den Parkplatz, die Treppe hinauf, hinunter einen Flur etc. Es ist schön, sich bis vor die Haustür zurückziehen zu können. Wir haben eine Überwachungskamera, um den Parkplatz zu überwachen.

Wir sind nur 1/2 Meile von der beliebten Canyon Lodge und Mammoth Dorf. Wir sind auch nur die Straße runter vom kostenfreien Shuttlesystem der Stadt und asphaltierte Radwege (mit Meilen von Reiten / Walking / Laufen).

Last but not least, vergessen wir nicht das Spa - es gibt viele übergroßen Spa-Handtücher im Gerät, so dass Sie über den Whirlpool zu erhalten!

Bitte beachten Sie: Wir berechnen für eine Grundreinigung (ändern Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche, Vakuum, etc.) Reinigung nicht für erhöhte Durcheinander ... ich. E. Essen und Flecken. Übermäßig unordentlicher Ofen, Mikrowellen-Durcheinander oder verschmutzte Bettwäsche, Teppiche usw. wird entsprechend berechnet.

Great place to stay!!

First impression is that the owners take great pride in maintaining this condo down to all of the little details. I would recommend this condo to others without any hesitations. Everything this was labeled or had instructions written out so it was easy to get comfortable utilizing all the condo had to offer. I will look to stay here again with my family in the future.

Loved loved loved condo!

My family of four stayed here right before Christmas of 2013. The condo was a pure delight to stay in. It was very clean and had every amenity that one would expect and much more. The instructions regarding usage of the condo were great and thorough. The owners were very eager to assist with any needs or questions. The location was quiet and close to everything. Fun Xmas Vacation!

Thank you for a wonderful week in your condo. The condo was very clean and we LOVE the decor...very inviting! Plenty of blankets, bedding, and towels. We appreciated a completely stocked kitchen with a crockpot, pots and pans ETC. Our 2 Teenage boys were very comfortable on the sofa bed as we love the bed upstairs. The location of the condo was also in a great spot...close to Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge. Looking forward to a big snow storm so we can come stay at your place again. I have already recommended your place to friends. Thank You!

Home away from home!!

I must say this was such a cute gem!! I would definitely return to this place or even tell folks to stay here. I spoke to Ed when making arrangements and he was always helpful! They certainly thought of everything when it comes to hosting.. from kitchen toiletries, to post it and signs everywhere, to endless towels and blankets/pillows, all the necessary kitchen items, and even had drinks and snacks in the fridge (we had our own but we were impressed)! If you forgot something, we were covered! Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Great Stay

My family and I had a great time on our vacation. The condo was wonderful. It was a little tight for a family of 4, but it was well worth it. The condo was very clean. It was cleaner than most hotels I've stayed in. I'm the type who looks for signs of bugs and other creatures before I settle in, and I'm happy to say I found nothing. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. Ed thought of everything. Even phone chargers and most importantly there was coffee creamer, which I had forgotten at home. (My husband thanks you). The condo was also within walking distance of shops and MTB trails. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back again. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean & Comfortable

This was the first time my husband and I had been to the Mammoth Lakes area. There is so much to do and see in Mammoth and this rental is the ideal spot to come back to for a place to relax. It is very clean, comfortable & organized. The owners have thought of little things to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible, such as soft sheets, two different types of coffee makers, flat-screen TVs (2), sightseeing literature, an iron & ironing board...the list goes on! The condo is a half-block walk to a paved trail that goes up to the lakes area or down into town. On top of this, the owners are extremely responsive. Our deposit was refunded within hours of leaving--with a nice note thanking us for our stay:)

Perfect location for day tripping

We loved this condo for a family of 3. The owners take pride creating a comfy home away from home. The sofa sleeper and bed upstairs were comfortable with nice clean linens and fluffy pillows. The bath towels were super soft and absorbent like spa towels. The Roku was a bonus for evening Netflix binge watching. That is what really made it a home away from home for my husband and son. The hot tub is nearby and spa towels are provided in the unit. Great location to day trip the area. We explored Bodie Ghost Town, Tuolumne Meadows in the East Entrance of Yosemite NP, Mono Lake and the Tufas, the town of Bishop, Panum Crater and Minaret Vista. The condo is less than a mile walk to Mammoth Brewery and Eatery - bonus for Mom! We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks, Ed and Janette for a great vacation!

Cozy

The condo is cozy. Very close to Canyon Lodge Ski, about 1-2 minutes drive. It is a very private area with friendly neighbors. We had a great experience staying there. The kitchen is too small with old appliances. The shower is way way too tiny. I could not shower comfortably because it just have enough space to stand and cannot move around. I would give it a 4 stars if there was no dog hair on the carpet. Lots of dog hair all over the carpet and couch. I had to vacuum several times to removed the hairs. I rented the place because the owner said not pet. Overall, it is a cute and small condominium for a small family of 4. If you don’t mind the tiny shower and love the location; this is the place for you.

Fantastic Condo in Mammoth with Everything We Needed

My wife an I just spent the last 5 days in a Condo that was perfect for us. Ed and Janette have equipped the condo with everything one would need, including a booklet that had: Mammoth maps, restaurant suggestions, things to do (with great info on hiking which is one of the things we wanted to do), and much much more. They are so organized and helpful they had detailed (color coded) instructions on how to operate things in the in the condo including the fireplace and the cable system They even had drawers of DVD's and board games. It was everything they said. Everything is there for you.

Condo was perfect. They have everything you need and more. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Bus is close by, maybe a 4 minute walk, it will take you to Village. I walked to Mountain and took bus back after skiing. They have a book on kitchen table with everything you can imagine. Met friends at Burger's Restaurant, very good. Just had breakfast at Tommey's while wtg my shuttle who is MAWS which has been fantastic. Overall A+. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Coziest Mountain Retreat

SUPER Cute place! Cozy, clean, fully equipped, excellent location. Host Ed is quick to respond, and is very nice. The best thing is the mountain decor - really feels like a Sierra cabin. And the hosts had it decorated beautifully and tastefully for the holidays. We will be returning next year! Thanks Ed!!

Everything As Promised

Ed’s condominium is as described and advertised; very Cozy and very Clean and also affordable, which is not always easy to find at Mammoth Lakes. And as is often the case it even looks much better than on the pictures. A perfect place to stay for two. Just as detailed as the description is on the website so is Ed with his communications; just perfect. He covers everything which you can think of and even beyond. When returning to Mammoth Lakes we will for sure check to see if this condo is available. You will have no regrets staying here.

Pefect Start to FInish!

The condo is truly cozy/clean and well labeled! My boyfriend and I enjoyed relaxing by the fire during our down time in Mammoth. Ed was very fast to respond to my initial request and any follow up questions. I loved having dedicated parking right outside the front door. Mammoth rocked! We would love to stay here again.

A great place that's close to Canyon Lodge!

This was our second stay at Ed and Janette's place. We like that it's clean and comfortable. A huge plus is that one's car is only ten steps from the front door! Lugging ski gear in and out never got easier. There's a wet-shoe tray and lots of coat hooks by the heater for damp clothes. It's a super cozy place that we feel very relaxed in. Ed is a great host who is quick to respond. He gave us clear instructions on how to get there as well as how to check in. And he was very fast refunding our security deposit. We're sure to stay here again!

Hi, we are Janette and Ed; we love hiking, backpacking, cycling, fly fishing...and skiing. We've been coming up to Mammoth and the surrounding area for years. We love it and the people that live and come here plus the fresh air and sunshine.

We were looking for a place close to the ski areas. When this property became available we felt fortunate and were able to finally fulfill a dream of owning a place up here.

The unique benefits would have to be the year round activities available right out your front door. Winter time has some of the best skiing around, snowmobiling or cross country skiing. Spring, Summer and Fall provide a whole different menu to choose from like Skiing, Cycling, Hiking, Fishing --all minutes from the front door. Mammoth has one of the countries premiere Mtn Bike Parks. It offers complete packages that will outfit you with a bike and all the gear. You just show up and have fun! Also the town of Mammoth hosts a wide array of social activities. There is always something going on. Specific to the unit, we love it compared to others because it is on the ground level, is open and airy with vaulted ceilings, has plenty of windows, is bright and sunny and has great parking. Plus the complex is not too big and is really clean. Definitely a hidden little treasure.
