The large yard offers plenty of room to roam, or you can sit back and relax in the private hot tub, gather around the firepit under the stars, or grill dinner while watching the outdoor TV from the cozy seating area. This Garrett Co oasis located in the heart of the Garrett State Forest, an almost 6,000 acre area extremely well-known for whitetail deer, black bear, turkey, woodcock and grouse hunting within steps of the front door! The Forest also has maintained hiking and biking trails throughout. We are conveniently located within miles of Wisp's Ski Resort, Swallow Falls, Deep Creek Lake and the Rock Maze. Bring the Side-by-sides and ATV's as we are connected to West VA's Preston Co. trail system which has hundreds of hundreds of miles of side-by-side/ATV trails directly accessible from our driveway. Plenty of fun for the snow mobiles as well as we are on the Garrett Co Trail System with over 60 miles of MD trails leading to the Northern Tier Trail systems that goes up to Maine! Break out the fly and fishing rods, bring your kayak as the Harrington Manor Lake is ¼ mile away. This lake provides fantastic year-round fishery and is annually stocked with trout. After a long day, dim the lights and unwind on the back porch overlooking a meandering stream that winds through the hills, all from the hot tub. Enjoy roasted marshmallows over the firepit on the stamped concrete patio, while enjoying the sound of silence of the mountain skies.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs to join in the fun. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
