Welcome to Isle Always Luv View! NEW TO RENTAL MARKET! Completely renovated, Located on the more secluded east end of OIB, this home is situated on a corner lot just steps from a handicap access to beach. Property has a private pool, so you have your choice all day, every day ~ pool or beach!
Accommodations: Comfort for Everyone
Isle Always Luv View comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or vacations with friends. The home features a thoughtfully designed reverse floor plan. Take the stairs or elevator up where You’ll find the spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas located on the top floor, where breathtaking ocean views await!
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern stainless-steel appliances and comes with everything needed for delightful home-cooked meals. Enjoy your morning coffee with ease using our Keurig coffee maker, and take advantage of our array of cookware, utensils, and convenient amenities including a blender, toaster, ice maker, and crock pot. We also provide a selection of K-cups, teas, creamer, and sugar to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Luxurious Bedrooms
On the top level, unwind in the master en-suite Bedroom #1, which features a king-size bed, private bathroom with a double vanity, standalone shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch balcony while soaking in picturesque ocean views.
Venture down to the second floor, where you’ll discover four additional bedrooms:
- Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed with ocean views and a private bathroom (shower/tub combo).
- Bedroom #3: Another queen room w/slider to deck overlooking the pool and its own private bathroom (shower/tub combo).
- Bedroom #4: A queen bed w/slider to deck overlooking the pool and a private bathroom (shower/tub combo).
- Bedroom #5: Perfect for the kids, this room features twin over full bunk bed (with a trundle) accommodating up to five guests, w/door to deck overlooking the ocean.
Outdoor Paradise
The outdoor area is equally stunning, featuring a cozy private pool, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill perfect for family barbecues. Dine al fresco at the high-top table or unwind on the lounge chairs by the pool. Please note, the pool is private and unattended; swimming is at your own risk. All children must be always supervised in the water by an adult. No food, dogs, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.
The garage offers plenty of storage for beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, a cornhole board, and accessories, so you can fully enjoy your sunny beach adventures.
Pet Friendly
Separate, shaded fenced- in area for your four-legged fur-babies to relax, relieve themselves and take in the ocean breeze. Waste bags available, please pick up after your pet. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH, contained or always fenced. No dogs allowed on the beach strand from 9:00AM to 6:00PM from Memorial Day through Labor Day. No dogs allowed at any time in Public Access/Parking Areas. Pooper Scooper Ordinance is in effect island wide. Up to two dogs are allowed not to exceed 65 lbs. each, for an extra fee of $200.



Golf Cart Included
To make your stay even better, we’ve included a 6-passenger golf cart for your convenience during your visit. (Proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license, and a signed golf cart agreement are required.)
Linen and Towel Service Policy
We provide a comprehensive linen and towel service for your convenience, which includes:
- Top and fitted sheets per bed
- Pillowcases
- One set of towels per person (each set consists of 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth)
- One kitchen towel
For our guests' peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather-related trip interruptions or cancellations, nor for any other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans or use of the property.
Booking and Cancellation Terms:
-Last Minute Bookings: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure linens can be provided.
- Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
While a cleaning fee is included in your reservation, please be mindful to follow the check-out procedures. Leaving the home excessively dirty may result in additional cleaning charges, which you will be responsible for.
Guest Requirements:
- You must be at least 26 years old to make a booking. - Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others; the individual who pays for the reservation must also be present during the stay.


House Rules:
We maintain a strict no-party policy. Events such as house parties, proms, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any gatherings of this nature are not permitted. -Check-in after 4:00 PM Checkout before 10:00 AM -Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM -Self check-in with smart lock -Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited both inside the property and in areas surrounding it. A fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is violated. Additionally, charcoal grills, fire pits, and deep fryers are not allowed on the premises. For your safety, please note that there are exterior security cameras monitoring the parking area and entrances.
Damage Waiver: As part of your rental reservation, you have paid a non-refundable damage waiver fee. The damage waiver fee releases you from responsibility for any accidental damage that may occur to the property during your rental period, up to $1,500 in value (including materials and labor costs). Intentional damages, damages caused by gross negligence and/or removal of items included in the rental that go missing will not be covered by this waiver. Expenses for damages that will not be covered may include but are not limited to costs to replace missing items, extra cleaning charges due to excessively dirty or sandy conditions, smoking in the unit, pet related damages, intentional acts or neglect, and any damage that occurs due to violation of the lease agreement. Any accidental damages more than $1,500 AND/OR any intentional damage or theft, shall be the responsibility of the renter and will be billed to renter. If we have your credit card on file, then these excess expenses will automatically be charged to your credit card.
