Your island getaway awaits at Villa Sanibel, in this newly renovated condo. Villa Sanibel is a quiet beachfront community with only 20 units. Accommodations in Unit 3C feature two bedrooms and a loft, with a king bed, queen bed, and a queen/twin xl bunk bed. The two bathrooms include an en suite in the primary bedroom, and a full guest bath. The modern kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs. Relax with your morning coffee on the screened in lanai overlooking the pool, or at the beach with included beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Right out the front door is tennis or pickleball, and bike racks are nearby for rides on Sanibel’s scenic bike paths. Sanibel is not only the shelling capital of the world, but home to many species of wildlife, many local shops and great fishing. In the evenings, the sunsets are spectacular! The island has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy or use one of the on-site grills and eat in. WiFi is included for your convenience. There are smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms, for use with your streaming accounts (cable not available.) The unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer, and stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Additional touches like hair dryers, an iron, board games, and beach toys will enhance your stay. There is one designated parking space for this condo, and a limited number of unassigned parking spaces at the property. This is a second floor walk up unit without an elevator. Villa Sanibel is a smoke-free and vape-free property, and sorry, but we cannot accept pets.
