Ideal for extended stays, this updated 3BR/2BA high-rise condo offers a spacious kitchen, stunning city and mountain views, and access to modern amenities. Welcome to a beautiful three-bedroom condo in the heart of the Union Station neighborhood, an area full of unique restaurants, cultural attractions, and thriving nightlife!



This bright, modern condo is Denver high-rise living at its finest. With 3 bedrooms, 2 pristine bathrooms, a sleek kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views, this home is perfect for enjoying the best of urban living, all within walking distance of some of the city’s most popular attractions.



As you enter, the bright, open layout provides a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere to enjoy every moment of your stay—tastefully placed décor, with timeless crown molding. Chill out in the living area, take in some fresh air by opening the “balcony” doors, prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, or mingle in the many community spaces.



Each of the three bedrooms boasts queen-sized beds with cool, crisp linens you’ll love falling into after a day of adventure. When you’re not soaking in the views of Coors Field, Union Station, and the Rocky Mountains from the living room, enjoy top-notch amenities in the building, including a fitness center, sports courts, and outdoor hangout and grilling areas.



To park your vehicle off-street, use the designated parking spot located in the garage on the second floor. Keys are picked up at the front desk. When you walk into the condo, you are greeted with city views and a large entrance area with coat hooks and ample storage.



Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

Union Station has a ton of charm. One of its most alluring features is its proximity to attractions such as Larimer Square, the Denver Art Museum, and Coors Field. You’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, unique boutiques, and museums outside your door. Looking to recharge in the mountains? Hop onto I-70 to experience breathtaking hikes and views within an hour. One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive a little over an hour through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a couple of hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.



This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit with a washer and dryer, as well as community amenities: steam room, sauna, gym, racquetball court, grills, tennis court, and basketball hoop.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

•There is not guest access to the mailbox at this unit. Please do not have packages or deliveries made if you will not be present to receive them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing mail/packages.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.

*The pool and hot tub are closed for the unforeseen future due to construction repairs.
