– If smoking outside, please keep a safe distance and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any cigarette litter or evidence of smoking within the premises may result in a $500 cleaning and odor-removal fee.

Pets are not allowed. A $500 fee applies for unapproved animals.

All overnight guests must be registered. Unapproved guests will incur a $100 per-person, per-night extra guest fee.
