We had an amazing time, Jason was great to communicate with and we don't have any complaints, we unfortunately did not get a chance to use the hot tub but that did not dampen our stay at all. If we come back we would book this stay again

What a wonderful rental! Jason was a great host and answered all my questions timely. Check in/out was easy . The house was well stocked and very clean. My grandsons loved the toys and sandbox in the back yard. The house is on a cul-de sac and it was very quiet. The view was FANTASTIC, especially at night. It was so peaceful to just sit and enjoy the view. The house was perfect for a family of 3 generations. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Thank you Jason for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Spectacular view from both the bedrooms and the hot tub. Immaculate house, and very comfortably furnished. A great place for a family gathering.

Photos posted didn’t do justice to the house, and the unobstructed, panoramic view was absolutely stunning. My ages 5 and 8 granddaughters didn’t want to leave. And the house was very well equipped for the one year old. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 10 out of 10, one of the best vacation rentals ever.

Wow - this property is just amazing, we couldn't fault it. There were 5 of us, plenty of space, the bedrooms were well laid out with lovely bathrooms, the 2 living areas were great (especially with 2 teenagers who like their own space) the kitchen had everything we needed and is a great size. The view from the house ...... just WOW. We often fell asleep in our beds with the shades open just looking at the view. The upper and lower outdoor areas are something else, great to come back and sit out with a glass of wine in the evening after a day exploring LA, or breakfast on the patio at the outdoor dining table. The infinity hot tub is amazing (and very well looked after). The laundry area is fantastic (again, with 2 teenagers who wear everything for 5 minutes and need it washed). The AirCon is brilliant, we're from Scotland and we're used to it being cold ...we love the sun and the heat but we're used to the temp being very cool at night. This AirCon didn't disappoint. The whole area is lovely, not once did we feel unsafe. We had an evening planned at the Hollywood Bowl, my 16 year old son didn't fancy it, no hesitations at all about leaving him with a fridge full of snacks and he caught up with his friends in Scotland online. 5 min drive to a great shopping and dining area. Jason and Caitlin were great, so friendly and always there to answer any queries. I would 100% recommend staying in this beautiful home. When we return to LA, we'll definitely be staying here.

Our small group of 4 retirees recently had the privilege of staying in Jason's home up in the hills of Burbank, and we were very pleased with the property. It is modern, spacious, clean, and "smart," and located in a residential neighborhood near a park.Kitchen includes premium Bosch appliances, good size family room features a large couch and humongous flat-screen display, and the living room offers plenty of comfy seating for group conversations.The Primary Master upstairs and the Guest bedroom downstairs are generous in size, and the beds themselves are "firm" for good back/spinal support. But the best attribute of this home, IMO, has to be the inviting back patio and yard with its incomparable view of the valley below. There is a sitting area on one end, and an outdoor dining set on the other, both under the shelter of the upstairs outside deck. A healthy lawn extends out from the patio area to the very edge of the backyard where fruit trees can be seen growing on the hillside just below. As it was quite warm during our stay, we "cooled" off in the evenings by just sitting out in the backyard viewing the city lights, occasional airplanes arriving/departing Burbank Airport, and star-gazing - a great way to cap off a busy day.Jason was the consummate host - friendly and quick to respond to the few questions I had during our stay.In sum, if you are in need of a home to stay in anywhere near the Burbank area, this home would be well worth your consideration!

The home was beautiful and well maintained. We had 6 adults and 3 children and had more than enough room to spread out. There was so much to keep the kids busy. The toys and activities were a big hit with the kids and the hot tub and gorgeous view were a big hit with the adults!I would highly recommend this property.
