We’re Jason and Stacy Nelson, entrepreneurs and lifelong adventurers who love creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and make great memories.

This home isn’t just a rental to us—it’s our personal retreat that we built and enjoy ourselves, filled with the little touches that make it feel comfortable and welcoming. When we’re not here, we love sharing it with guests who are looking for a relaxing place to stay while exploring Southern Utah.

We enjoy boating, the outdoors, good food, and time with family and friends. Whether guests are visiting for Brian Head skiing, lake adventures, or just a quiet getaway, we hope our home gives them the same feeling of comfort and fun that it gives us.

We chose this neighborhood because it gives the best of both worlds—peaceful country living while still being close to some of Southern Utah’s best adventures.

Brian Head Resort is just a short drive away for skiing, snowboarding, and summer mountain biking, and Cedar Breaks National Monument offers some of the most breathtaking views in Utah. Cedar City also has great restaurants, festivals, and the famous Utah Shakespeare Festival.

For guests looking to add a lake adventure to their trip, we also own Float My Boat Rentals, where we offer boat and WaveRunner experiences at beautiful destinations like Lake Powell. Many of our guests enjoy pairing their mountain getaway with a day on the water for the ultimate Southern Utah vacation.
