Additional amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washer and dryer (shared with other guests) for your convenience. The apartment's single-level layout and step-free access provide ease of movement, while the room-darkening shades in the bedroom to ensure a peaceful ambiance and great nights sleep!

Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We are a pet-friendly property, and while we welcome your furry friends, there is a one-time fee of $75. . Please inquire for details. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Smoking and parties/events are not allowed on the property. For your comfort and safety, the shared laundry facilities are available for use. The property is suitable for children. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
