Inside, you’ll find a beautiful four-poster king bed with comfortable hybrid bedding, French doors, Chicago brick flooring, vaulted ceilings, dimmable lighting, double paddle fans, and climate control for year-round comfort. The suite also includes fast Wi-Fi 6 and a Roku 55” 4K TV for easy downtime after a day exploring West Palm Beach.

The en suite bathroom feels like a private spa, with a jetted tub and rainfall showerhead with jets. The wet bar includes granite countertops, a Keurig 2.0, microwave, mini-fridge, beverage chiller, electric kettle, and other thoughtful touches for coffee, drinks, and simple snacks during your stay.

Outside, enjoy your private Chicago brick patio with seating, just steps from the shared heated saline pool. The pool, BBQ grill, and laundry area are shared with the other homes in the boutique property complex, but the suite itself is completely private to you during your stay.

Parking note: Guests may park on P Street as long as the vehicle is parked in the direction of traffic flow. Please do not park next to double yellow lines or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant to avoid tickets.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
Pool and BBQ grill hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Guests must reserve the grill at least 24 hours before use.
The laundry room is shared with two other units and is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. It is not available on Sundays. Guests must request laundry access at least 24 hours in advance.
No smoking inside the suite.
No loud music outside.
No pets allowed inside or outside.
No parties or events.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement.
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
Please do not flush feminine products, diapers, wipes, paper towels, or any other items that may clog the toilets.
Guests must follow all local laws and regulations.
Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.
