Some Beach House PP820 is a gorgeous coastal home with everything you will need for your party of 12! This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house is ready to be your home away from home. The large open living, kitchen and dining area are an entertainers dream! You can whip up your favorite meal for your guests in the gorgeous, full kitchen! Kick back, relax and, enjoy the Gulf breezes and sounds of the ocean on the large, spacious decks. There are flat screen TV's and, arcade machine for you and your guests to enjoy during your stay. There is also a hidden kids room for the little ones to enjoy. There is plenty of space for vehicle parking on the driveway. Outside you will also find a large picnic table for relaxing with your friends or family. Some Beach House is just a short drive, either by car or golf cart, to the many fun shops and restaurants of Port Aransas. A 3 night minimum on holidays and during the summer. Sorry, no smoking. - A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
