The Space:

This oceanfront home boasts a large backyard, beautiful interiors, and a private path down to the sandy beach complete with a sitting bench for you to relax on while watching the sunset or watching the kids playing on the beach.



The family room is great for the kids to have their own space where they can play and enjoy themselves, complete with a TV, DVD player, and sofabed for extra sleeping space. Big windows upstairs give way to exceptional ocean views. Gather in the living room for cozy movie nights by the fireplace. There is also a perfect bench seat all along the windows to sit and read your favorite book in the sun or just watch the waves roll in.



The open floor plan lets everyone feel like they are a part of everything going on. Cook amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining area. You will love stepping out onto the deck from the dining area to grill while looking over the ocean and the yard.



Each bedroom has been thoughtfully outfitted. The bunk room will be loved by kids especially. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.



Consider this the perfect place for you and your group to gather, prepare meals, play games, and enjoy one another's company on the Oregon Coast.

The house was the perfect place for our family vacation. It suited our needs very well. My only critique is that the beds are very worn down and uncomfortable and the bed frames squeak anytime you roll over. Some new mattresses and bedframes would go a long way.

The house was everything we expected and more! The view of the Twin Rocks was beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and has nice appliances. Easy access to the beach. We had a great trip and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect beach house!

You really can't go wrong with this house. Easy beach access. Having the bedrooms downstairs allows for the amazing views from the living space. The kitchen is well stocked too. Everyone loved the house, we hope to stay again in the future.

Comfortable beds and kitchen had all we needed. Couch in living room was not the most comfortable but worked with enough cushions. Fireplace was great at night. Some issues with sliding doors not locking. Overall a very nice place.

Spectacular View of Twin Rocks!

Really enjoyed our stay… the location is wonderful and the view of twin rocks is spectacular! The new main living room couch is much more comfortable than the previous one. A few minor items should be improved such as some of the blinds in the main living room don’t work and the bath towels could be upgraded. Overall, the house was very comfortable. Thanks!

Beautiful view, great beach access

Beautiful home. Great location. Wonderful view of twin rocks, great beach access. The furniture was uncomfortable though, outdoor couch and small rattan swivel chairs looks nice in the space but were very uncomfortable for watching a movie or relaxing. If there were a real couch, love seat and recliner or some sort of soft chair it would greatly improve the stay. Thanks

Location was great. The couch and chairs upstairs were very uncomfortable and the kitchen was not as well stocked in cooking utensils as we are used to. Awkward kitchen location having to transport all food and coolers upstairs. Place was very clean and nice views of twin rocks. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Ocean View!

We really enjoyed our time here. The walk to the beach was so short. The views from the upstairs, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are, are stunning. The house was well laid out with plenty of room. My only complaint is that the living room furniture is so uncomfortable that it is hard to relax. They really need to upgrade all of that furniture.

Amazing location

The views and beach access are fabulous, and house was clean and well appointed. As others have noted, the seating/furniture (particularly sofas) are quite uncomfortable, but we didn't do a lot of lounging at home, so it wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Ditto the TVs--older/outdated technology with no instructions for how to use. But the location can't be beat!
