Beachfront Home, Spacious Deck Overlooking Ocean and Private Path to the Sand

This delightful house sits directly on the beach in Rockaway Beach, offering unbeatable views of the Pacific and direct access to the sand. When you are ready to enjoy the sand between your toes, simply use the private path down a few steps to the beach!

Please note that we have beds to sleep up to 5 adults (king bed, queen bed and twin day-bed), but welcome up to two more kids if you would like to bring air mattresses!

This home features beautiful tile floors throughout, windows across the back of the home overlooking the ocean and a large private deck with outdoor furniture for you to take in your coastal experience every minute of your stay.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a double range oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and trash compactor. You will also love the large front apron sink, and custom cabinets and countertops.

Curl up in front of the wood burning fireplace for some of those chilly coastal nights or stretch out on the sectional and watch your favorite show on the TV. Explore our library of books, movies, games and puzzles, perfect for relaxing on a rainy morning or unwinding before bed.

Entertainment options are endless during your stay. Our home is located within walking distance of Rockaway's charming downtown shops and eateries, and just a short drive along the scenic Oregon Pacific Highway to iconic destinations like the Tillamook Cheese Factory, Blue Heron French Cheese Company, Manzanita, Cannon Beach and Oceanside. There are beautiful scenic viewpoints and activities to explore, including boardwalks, a light house, crabbing/fishing, train rides, an air museum, waterfall hikes, and so much more. This home is the perfect location for enjoying the beach and ocean and exploring all the Oregon coast has to offer!

For guests staying with young children, we have a pack-n-play with a bassinet, a small booster seat for dining and sand toys available (in the outdoor shed)!

Here, you are only steps from the shore with 7 miles of beautiful uncrowded beach. If you're looking for a truly relaxing time at the coast for yourself, with your family/friends, or for a romantic getaway for two, you will not find a more comfortable home on the Oregon coast!

Beautiful and Quaint

This was our 2nd stop along the coast and the location, scenery, and coziness of the cottage was perfect! Our family of 5 enjoyed the deck, access to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The large flat beach was perfect for running, walking, and hanging out. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would recommend for a family, friends or couples.

Family Bonding

This little beach house was perfect! Fantastic views from all the important places in the home. Great fireplace, has all the necessities and more. We walked to the little town of Rockaway and walked the beach every day. We loved every bit of our stay.

Location Location Location!!

This small house right ON THE BEACH is delightful! Very nicely decorated without being fussy; nice new appliances, a working fireplace, and a beautiful bathroom were pluses! The galley kitchen is a little tight for more than one cook, but just come with someone you love to cook with! The third "bedroom" is a closed-in porch without any real privacy, but would be great for early risers, with it's wide ocean view. We spent a long weekend here in late Feb and it was just swell!

Great get away

The view from the back deck is great, and we sat for hours enjoying the sound of the surf. We are senior citizens, so we would have appreciated an easier way down to the beach, but we were still able to handle it a couple of times.

Beach Perfection

A small girls trip to this cute property was exaxtly what we were looking for. Beach front, close enough to walk to town, bedrooms comfortable. Even a Tsunami warning couldn't stop us from a great time, just a few extra waves. The host was so wonderful to contact us and check in. Thank you so much we will be back.

Beautiful beach house

This place was everything we wanted it to be. Lovely beach house with big views of the water. Enjoyed long walks on the beach every day and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. The owner was also incredibly gracious and helpful in helping us get a backpack back that we left behind. We will be back here someday for sure.

What a gem!

It’s so hard to find updated beach houses along the Oregon coast, especially ones that are beachfront! Kirsten’s beach house is thoughtfully renovated with all the amenities you’ll need including new appliances and a very comfortable king bed. Nothing beats waking up and enjoying your morning coffee with the Ocean at your doorstep. Would absolutely stay again.

Rockaway Family Trip

We have stayed here before and had a great time so came back. It did not disappoint. The location is great. Access to the beach. The house is renovated and the back deck is being redone-which was needed and will be great! The house was great and clean. Beds are comfy. The master bedroom is so large they could easily put another queen bed in there! Love this house and will stay here again!

Cozy and Charming

The house was charming. Sometimes the pictures do not exactly match up to reality. However in this case, they exceeded our expectations. The house was cozy and charming. My mom and I loved the unobstructed views and the easy access to the beach. We are looking forward to booking again next year.

Priceless View!

Beautiful view, right on the beach! Beds very comfortable. Wish there was a second bathroom, at least a 1/2 bath would have been nice with 5 adults. Otherwise everything was very comfortable. We had 3 full days of Sun in March! And even in the rain this cottage has a wall of glass windows to see the ocean . Wonderful time!

Idyllic

Rockaway is our favorite getaway and finding this cottage was perfect. The location is absolutely wonderful. Walk out on the deck and there is the ocean. We loved sitting out there with coffee and a book. The cottage itself is charming. Comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The sunroom in the back was a delightful place to sit out of the wind and watch the ocean. Beach access is fairly easy, with a path and stone steps right next door. I didn't want to leave.
