With three bedrooms, there's plenty of space to invite family and friends to share in the coastal magic. Inside, the living room’s large picture windows frame breathtaking ocean views, while the cozy fireplace adds warmth and charm. The adjacent dining/sitting room, complete with comfy seating, offers panoramic views of the coastline, including the iconic Twin Rocks, and invites you to watch the waves roll in from every angle.



Step outside onto the spacious deck for unobstructed views of the ocean over the sand and beach grass. The outdoor firepit takes you even closer to the surf, allowing for memorable nights of s’mores under a starlit sky.



Just beyond the backyard, scramble down the rocks to miles of sandy beach, perfect for long strolls, beachcombing, and enjoying the soothing sound of the surf. The vibrant town of Rockaway Beach is nearby, offering smoked salmon, unique shops, and the chance to ride a historic steam engine to Garibaldi and back.



Venture a bit further, and you’ll discover the charming coastal towns of Manzanita, Cannon Beach, and Seaside to the north, or Tillamook to the south, with plenty of stunning viewpoints, capes, and hiking trails along the way.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
