Great house with great views

This was a wonderful house for our family of 5. We had a great time and the views were spectacular from the main floor to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. It was spectacular to see the ocean from our bedroom. The gas fireplace made for a very cozy living room.

The view couldn't be better...

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. This home is beautiful. It is perfectly setup, with everything you need (kitchen-wise), and decorated with lovely local/beachy items. The fireplace and soaking tub (overlooking the ocean) are always fun adds. (4) huge picture windows facing the water... perfection. We look forward to bringing family to stay in this delightful home in the future. One thing to note: there is no staircase to the water from this home. There is beach access is less than a .2 mile walk south.

Blue skies and blue kitchen

We needed a quick getaway from Redmond Oregon before school started back and this was perfect. The views couldn’t have been better and I almost felt as if it was a dream because that kitchen with the oven blue cabinets and beautiful blue stove is the stuff my dreams are made of. Every single angle was nothing but stunning views of the oven. And we made fast friends with Gully the seagull. Will definitely be back! And all communication with property was fast and easy.

The cottage

So lovely, the view, the comforts, amenities, decor, the well stocked kitchen was a delight to cook in and the selection of dishes made it cozy happy eating. We did not go find a restaurant at all! The perfect place to stay in with access to beach and rest of Lincoln City. Now I would not recommend young children, too many breakables, i loved the decor, nor if one has a disability, not suitable. Bedrooms and bathrooms on 2nd and lower floor.

Lovely house, but Privacy issues

We had a great time at the house. We loved decorations, large windows in the living room, patio, and the bathroom by the beach side. It's a lovely house. Just a few things we concerned: No locks in the bathroom doors There were no blinds/curtains in the basement bathroom windows Too many mirrors in the basement and kids got scared, thought there were hidden cameras behind the mirrors Garage was too messy and creepy, overall didn't feel safe to sleep in the basement

Great location

Although we loved the property and location, this house needed a good cleaning. It was very dirty, musty and we just didn't not feel comfortable. The view was amazing, so we did enjoy that, but I was definitely ready to get out of there. We stayed in 4 other rentals just this year and ALL of them were spotless and we felt right at home. This one wasn't like that. To be fair, the property manager offered to come in and clean after we had checked in, but we did not want to waste the few days we had there, waiting on them to take care of something that should've already been done, and the type of cleaning it needed would take more time than we wanted to wait around for. So, unless they do a good scrubbing, I wouldn't recommend this location.

Beware, Not An Accurate Listing

The view of the ocean from the home was breath taking and the check in process was easy. However, the photos are deceiving, the home was not well kept. I located blood stains on the bedroom sheets, urine stains on the toilet seat and yellow stains on the couches. I immediately contacted Vacasa Property Management company and was told this was going to be resolved. The process to report the issues was easy, unfortunately they were unable to assist since the local branch was closed. I waited until the next day and was never contacted by the local branch staff to rectify this situation. Vacasa Property Management company refused to immediately send someone over to clean the home even after sending them photographs of how dirty the home was. Also there is a home across the street which looks abandoned with possible squatters. I will not be booking at any property managed by Vacasa, based on this experience and there refusal to rectify the situation.
