Hi, We're Will and Brienna (aka NoMi Getaways Vacation Rentals)! We live and work in Northern Michigan and feel incredibly lucky to call this area home with our two teenage kids. We work on curating stays that feel calm, beautiful, and thoughtful—right down to the mattresses, linens, and little details that make a trip feel special instead of generic.

We manage several short-term rentals in the Petoskey / Charlevoix / Boyne area, so we know how important it is that everything is spotless, easy to use, and exactly as described. We love good design, meaningful travel, and sharing our favorite local spots—whether that’s the best place to watch the sunset, grab a cocktail, or sneak in a morning coffee with a view.

We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed. We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. The home has a curated, Mediterranean-coastal feel upstairs and a nautical “Up North” vibe downstairs, so it feels like a thoughtfully designed retreat instead of a standard hotel or condo.

Big lake views with more privacy
Perched above Little Traverse Bay, you get sweeping Lake Michigan views from the 38-foot deck, lower patio, and firepit—without shared walls, crowded hallways, or people walking by your door.

Room for everyone to spread out
Dedicated sleeping for 10 (11 including an infant or toddler), multiple king ensuites, a bunkroom, and a second living area with 65" TV and game table make it ideal for families and groups who want to be together but not on top of each other.

Comfort and wellness details
Organic mattresses and premium bamboo sheets, plus a calm, cohesive design, create the kind of rest and relaxation you rarely find in typical resort accommodations.

All adult king and child twin bed mattresses are organic. And parents can rest assured that the infant/ toddler crib and mattress (while not organic) meet all critical safety standards, including the GREENGUARD Gold Certification.
This means:

...meet strict indoor air quality standards for children and schools.
...emit very low levels of chemicals, far below the levels associated with irritation or chronic exposure.

In addition, the Sealy baby mattress and mattress cover were made using only phthalate-free materials. They also meet federal flammability requirements since they are free of PBDEs, TDCPP (chlorinated Tris), and TCEP.

Resort-area location, better value
You’re just minutes from Bay Harbor, Petoskey, golf, skiing, and sunsets at East Park, but with the perks of a full kitchen, firepit, and private indoor-outdoor spaces—often at a better per-person value than multiple resort rooms.
