Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home-cooked family-style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge.

Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms and a rental contract.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children under 5: No charge

Maintenance is carried out annually on resort golf courses and beach clubs from May 1 to October 31, which may result in temporary closures. Please confirm at the time of booking if this will impact your stay dates.
