Welcome to Makai 312, a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo perfectly positioned in the heart of midtown Ocean City. Whether you’re visiting the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, enjoying a beach getaway, or attending one of OCMD’s famous events, this updated condo offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.



Inside, you’ll find an inviting open layout with a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all cookware essentials. The living area includes comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV for unwinding after a day of exploring. Each bedroom also has its own TV, giving everyone space to relax their own way.



Enjoy year-round access to the Makai’s indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, and championship billiards tables. With two parking spaces included, elevator access, and fast Wi-Fi, your stay will be smooth from start to finish.



Just a short walk brings you to the beach (1.5 blocks), Seacrets (3 blocks), mini golf, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, restaurants, and everything that makes Ocean City unforgettable.



From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we include a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
