This spacious and well-appointed condo is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. The condo features tile flooring throughout, central A/C, a washer and dryer, and wifi/high-speed internet so you can stay connected during your vacation. The fully stocked kitchen includes a blender and a toaster oven. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There's also a full/double sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Additionally, you'll have one assigned parking spot and there is typically additional free street parking nearby as well. You'll be close to the inlet for the many festivals and offseason events the town offers. You're also be walking distance to Seacrets, 45th St. Taphouse, mini golf, shopping, etc. It's also a 10 minute walk to a grocery store/deli so you don't need to go very far to have the perfect Ocean City location!

***Pet Friendly Property Disclaimer: There is a two dog maximum, 65 lbs TOTAL for both. Please note that this is a pet friendly property. The property is clean but book with the understanding that while the property is clean, pet hair is the gift that keeps on giving. You can spend hours cleaning dog hair only to have it reappear from somewhere else 5 minutes later. :-) If you have pet allergies, you may want to consider a different property. *

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $135. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
