Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.

Baskins Creek is ideally positioned in downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right out front and such beloved attractions as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Marvelous Mirror Maze, Gatlin's Mini Golf, and the quaint boutiques and eateries of the Village Shoppes within an easy walk. The entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is one mile south, where you can spend your days hiking, fishing in 2,900 miles of streams, and observing all sorts of fascinating wildlife in Cades Cove. If you head eight miles north to Pigeon Forge, you can ride the iconic coasters at Dollywood, cool off at Dollywood's Splash Country, go outlet shopping, or catch a show at one of the many renowned dinner theaters.
