Lage, Lage, Cascading Creek und Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ende des Gebäudes und verfügt über einen großen umlaufenden Balkon (9 'X 25'). Genießen Sie Ihr Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und das Rauschen des Baches.

Große Wohnung (1.400 qm plus) geben Ihnen das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Große Küche mit Essecke und Aussicht. Granit-Arbeitsplatten, viele Kirschholzschränke und ein glatter Herd. Wenn Sie sich zum Essen entscheiden, gibt es in dieser Küche viel Platz, um sich auszubreiten und das Kochen zu genießen.

Der Essbereich hat einen Tisch für 4 Personen, eine Küchentheke für 2 Personen und einen Frühstückstisch für 4 Personen.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich auf der Autobahn 321 etwas weniger als eine Meile von der Hauptstraße Gatlinburg entfernt. Auf dieser Autobahn befinden sich das einzige Lebensmittelgeschäft in Gatlinburg sowie McDonald's, Subway, mehrere Restaurants, mehrere Pizzerien und 2 Pfannkuchenhäuser. Egal, ob Sie auswärts oder auswärts essen, jeder muss gelegentlich zum Lebensmittelgeschäft laufen, und dies ist sehr praktisch, um das Lebensmittelgeschäft 1,5 Meilen von der Wohnung entfernt auf dem Highway 321 zu haben. Wenn Sie von Pigeon Forge in Gatlinburg ankommen, biegen Sie an der Ampel Nr. 3, der Autobahn 321, ab. Gehen Sie etwas weniger als eine Meile und das Gatehouse ist auf der rechten Seite.

Everything was exactly as listed. The toddler was in love with all of the bears. Condo was very clean, well appointed with everything you need, and very quiet. Plenty of extra pillows. Lots of towels. There is also a cot which we used for her in the main bedroom with us. There is a screen door on the sliding glass doors so you can listen to the creek without the bugs coming for you. We played in the creek & swam in the pool. You are within walking distance of tons of shops & things to do like Ripley’s Aquarium & Anakeesta. Watch out for bears. We literally almost walked into one hours after we arrived as it came down the stairs of a building we were walking past. It stopped and looked at us, then walked on across the road while we stood there in complete shock lol Herbert Holt park is a few mins drive away. She loved the playground & played in the river while we watched a bear play on the other side. Children under 12 can also fish there. Two eagles were in a nest a little ways from where the bear was swimming. They were very vocal so she got a kick out of that. Can’t think of a single con except as others have mentioned the rooms really need some blackout curtains/shades. Especially the front bedroom. Also mentioned was the tight parking. Our F150 King Ranch fit. Just couldn’t use the back door because of the pillar. Martha is quick to respond if you need her. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

This is such an awesome condo. It’s very spacious and in a quiet part of Gatlinburg. We felt very safe. The walk from the condo to the main strip is just a short walk. The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space. The balcony is huge with table and chairs. We had a wonderful time. We would most definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much!

Great place!

This condo was everywhere it was made out to be. I had internet problems so I didnt get the check in information and the owner was so amazing about responding to text messages so we could still get into the condo. The property itself was super clean. We used the pool everyday and that was also very clean. Location was perfect as well! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone!

The condo was exactly as described. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was even better than indicated. We went to Gatlinburg for a 3 day concert, the proximity to the convention center was just 2 miles. The close location allowed us to zip through the backroads, to and from the convention center, in less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable, and Close to Everything!

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the owner was clear and prompt from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just minutes from Gatlinburg’s main strip with all the shops and restaurants, and central to so many beautiful hiking trails.Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this property absolutely exceeded our expectations. We visit the Smoky Mountains every year, and sadly the places we’ve stayed in recently haven’t been very clean. This one was spotless—truly the first place in years where I felt totally at ease walking around barefoot. That alone made a huge difference for us.We also loved the large patio, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The calming sound of the nearby creek made it even more peaceful—such a great way to unwind in the mountains.There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably without feeling on top of each other. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Absolute Charm

Love this location! In Gatlinburg and so close to everything yet still away from the constant hustle and bustle. Great property and owner was so sweet. Communication was superb. Definitely interested in returning to this location as G-burg is like a 2nd home to my family. The oversize balcony was EVERYTHING! Not only can you watch the sun rise over the mountains but you can look towards downtown and watch the sun line get closer as the sun came up!

Perfect for Relaxation

Martha & Colen have gone out of there way to truly provide a Home away from Home atmosphere. From the Teddy Bears who greet you the moment you arrive, to Babbling Brook that calms you when you relax on the Balcony, this is where you want to be. They have furnished their Condo with every convenience you will want or need. Most rentals only have chairs and a sofa, where this Condo has 2 Recliners that enable you to put your feet up and relax after a long day of hiking - Absolutely Perfect! The 2 King size beds prevent any arguments over who gets the "Big Bed". And the whole Living area is just so very accommodating. And the Condo is near everything. The entrance to the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and their Trolly System, or a short drive over to Pigeon Forge or Dollywood. Just decide where you want to go and how you want to get there and you're off on your adventure very quickly. Don't make the mistake of passing this gem by. It will be everything you want and need your vacation rental to be.

Wonderful Get-away

This condo was even better than described! It was in the perfect location, not too close but not too far from the downtown strip. It was very clean and all of the intructions were easy to follow. Martha was so easy to communicate with! I will definately stay here again!

The Bear House without Goldilocks.

Initially we had a little problem opening the door, but it was immediately resolved by the homeowner and the property manager. Tha apartment is spacious and well kept and equipped. The sound of the water hitting the rocks in the creek below is spectacular. The apartment has a bear motif, but Goldilocks is nowhere to be found. We will continue renting the apartment for future stays.

Clean Condo in a wonderful location

We had a trip planned to stay in a cabin and decided to add on an extra night but our cabin wasn't available for the extra night. I found this condo on VRBO and it was the absolute perfect condo in a really great complex about a mile from the Gatlinburg strip. It was easy to find, easy to get in and out of and super clean. We walked in and was pleasantly surprised at how huge it was. The wrap around deck overlooking the creek was really incredible. Very comfortable and enjoyable layout, made us feel right at home. Bedrooms were large, kitchen was super large. Although we were only there one night, we really enjoyed our stay. Just far enough away from town to be quiet and basically at the entrance to the Roaring Fork Motorway. We saw a bear behind the property at a different condo complex right down the street wandering around in the grassy space. Martha the owner was wonderful to work with, she was really quite sweet. Only thing would ask is that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom squeaked all night, needs adjusted. We ended up moving to the other room which was fine it was just as large. Parking was very tight for a large truck, we made it work but just a quick FYI if you are driving an extra large vehicle might want to use the main parking area in the front. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again if we chose to do a condo over a cabin. Two thumbs up for sure. - Andrea from Columbus, Ohio
