Inside this modern, sunlit home, you'll find a well-equipped full kitchen, a large dining table for meals or family game nights, and a living area with a cable-equipped flatscreen TV and a warming wood stove. This home also includes a game room with a full-size pool table and table-top arcade for when you're craving a little friendly competition. Outside, you'll find a soothing, private hot tub, side-by-side picnic tables, and chairs where you can sit and watch the ocean as you sip your coffee or a local microbrew.

Discover the natural beauty of Sinking Hole and hike the trails in Russian Gulch State Park, located within a short walking distance immediately south of this home. Visit Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park for even more scenic hiking trails, just a mile-and-a-half north on Highway 1. The heart of Mendocino, a blufftop village known for its charming art galleries, shops, and wonderful restaurants, is two miles south, while Fort Bragg, home of the famous Glass Beach, awaits a little over eight miles north.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
