Recently remodeled from top to bottom, the interior of this coastal retreat boasts a sleek open floor plan filled with high-end finishes and modern conveniences. The stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar perfect for morning coffee, and flows seamlessly into an elegant dining area with a formal table - ideal for shared meals and special occasions.



Unwind in the spacious living room, complete with a massive sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and a smart TV ready for streaming all your favorite shows. Take in breathtaking views from the living room, the furnished back deck, or the glass-enclosed sunroom that captures the coastal light.



For added enjoyment, step outside to your private hot tub, challenge your group to a game of cornhole, or head to the garage game room equipped with shuffleboard, a DVD library, and plenty of space to play. Streaming channels are accessible on the living area TV with guests' own accounts.



With Starlink internet, you’ll have fast, reliable connectivity whether you're working remotely or simply streaming and relaxing.



The primary bedroom offers a touch of luxury with radiant floor heating in the en suite bathroom, creating a cozy retreat after a day of coastal adventures.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If stairs aren’t your thing, Seaside Creek Beach is located just half a mile down Highway 1 and offers accessible entry and convenient parking. Nearby, you'll find local outfitters offering horseback riding on the beach, whale-watching tours, and kayaking adventures. The area’s state parks and pristine beaches also offer endless opportunities for hiking and exploring.



And for a change of pace, the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens is less than 12 miles away, an option to wander through a vibrant display of native and exotic plants in a breathtaking coastal setting.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.

To use the gas fireplace: please hold the on button for 10 seconds to light the fireplace. It will automatically turn off after an hour.

If the kitchen oven isn't working, please flip the circuit breaker in the pantry area.
