Settle into a cozy, vintage-botanical detached home with two levels: a sunny main floor and a fully finished basement, great for families, colleagues, and medical travelers who want room to spread out.
The front yard is open to the street, and a friendly neighbourhood dog may wander by occasionally. He’s never caused trouble, but we like to be upfront in case you have allergies or prefer to avoid pups.
For outdoor time, the private backyard is fully fenced perfect for letting pets out though we don’t recommend it as a lounge space due to its alley access and the nature of the surrounding area. Inside, everything has been set up with comfort, function, and longer stays in mind so you can enjoy the best of Edmonton from your own space.
