Guest access You'll have full and private access to the entire home throughout your stay, including all 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, all living areas, the private 6-person hot tub, barrel sauna, patio with BBQ and fire features, in-suite laundry, and the secure 2-car garage. The home features self check-in via a secure keyless entry — your access code will be provided after booking, giving you the flexibility to arrive at any time with no key coordination needed. Please note that exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for the safety of both guests and the property.
Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Damage Protection Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.
Rental agreement A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.
HOT TUB: - Hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night - The hot tub temperature must be set between 35°C to 40°C (95°F to 104°F) to maintain an optimal level. - Hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay - Please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water. - Hot tub sessions are to be limited to 45 minutes or less - Only potty trained children should be allowed to use the hot tub - No glassware in the tub or anywhere near the hot tub area - Please make sure to only wear proper swimwear in the hot tub as regular clothes leach detergents into the water which creates excessive foam. - No food or other drink permitted in the tub - Do not remove the chlorine or pool monitor from the hot tub - Cover is to be placed back on after each use
*If glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of $500
SAUNA RULES: -Hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm -Sauna is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay -The sauna temperature must NOT be set above 120°C -Sauna sessions are to be limited to 30 minutes or less. For first-time users, we recommend sessions of 10–12 minutes only. -Do not dry clothes, towels, or other textiles inside the sauna. Excess moisture may damage the wood, and fabrics placed near the heater may create a fire hazard. -Never place combustible or flammable materials on or near the sauna heater. -Rinse or cool down with water between sauna sessions. -Always make sure to drink plenty of water or mineral-rich fluids after use to stay hydrated. -Only pour water onto the heating stones using the provided ladle. -Do not use gasoline or liquid ignitors, paper, cardboard, or garbage in the wood burning sauna
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT · We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!
LOST ITEMS · We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.
MAIL & PACKAGES · Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS · We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE · There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 4 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking. · All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.
CANCELLATIONS ‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
GUEST SCREENING · Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS · Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.

Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. We were here visiting family. It’s been over 15 years since I last came home, and it was a delightful surprise to see Greisbach as a thriving community.
The home was perfect! We really enjoyed it!
House keeping came a little early, but other than that we had the best time ever!
My partner and I travel a lot and usually stay at short term rentals. This was one of my favorite places!

Nice residence, Great Location!
Residence was well equipped in a beautiful neighborhood, lots of room and was in a super location for our needs. Wish we were able to stay longer to take advantage of all that this property had to offer. Although I understand the need to protect the property, I did find the online process to be a bit difficult and overdone. Probably wouldn't have gotten through it without the help of my family. Overall, quite a pleasant stay!
