This single-level home is designed for easy comfort and is situated on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood across the street from the park. Enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a sunny screened-in patio—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day outdoors. Inside, the cozy living room features a fireplace and a smart TV for movie nights, plus board games, puzzles and an acoustic guitar for extra fun. The kitchen is equipped for preparing anything from quick snacks to smoothies or frozen margaritas to elaborate full meals, and you’ll have central A/C, fast Wi-Fi, and a private washer and dryer for a stress-free stay.

For the Dogs - slow-feeder bowls, two huge dog crates, dog blankets and towels, life jackets, spare kibble and dog treats are provided.

For the Beach - coolers, beach blankets, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. are provided.

The Swansboro Municipal Park is across the street! The 18-acre community park in Swansboro has entrances on both Commerce Drive and Main Street Extension, and is a short walk from the house. Enjoy the outdoors over a pick-up game of your favorite sport (pickleball, anyone?!), or simply walk about the park on the half-mile paved loop. Amenities also include a children’s splash pad, a Recreation Center, multi-use fields, a picnic pavilion, tennis courts, a basketball court, skateboarding park, an extraordinary playground, small picnic shelters and a concessions/restrooms building.
