Romantic Getaway with a jon boat, Kayaks, and three miles to the beach

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. We catch flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The location is amazing! Steps from the water. Our home is on a busy road so there will be some road noise, we provide sound machines if needed.
We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 50.00 fee - Per Pet and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.
Small Fishing Cottage, two bedrooms, one bathroom. Great location if you like the water. Once you enter the home and especially the backyard you feel like you are in total peace. All rooms have smart tvs, that have Netflix, Disney, and Hulu already installed and ready to use. Full size kitchen with all the cooking utensils and pans you would have in your own home to cook that family meal or to prepare the fish you catch from the backyard.

The entire home is for your enjoyment.
You only have one neighbor next to you, I own that home as well and it is a short term rental. There is a large 8-9 foot privacy fence that separates the back yards so you won`t even see the neighbors.

If you like the water, or need to relax, then this is the place for you.
Please put Kayaks and paddles away after use and please tie them up.
Please tie the boat back up so it won`t float away at high tide.
