Your home away from home is a FULLY LOADED single wide mobile on Broad Creek newly renovated with upgraded everything! Bright, cheery, comfy, pristine cleanliness & beautifully decorated! We have thought of everything from q-tips and a sewing kit to a French press and kayak and everything in between.

A large porch is a favorite and is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The evening lighting is pretty with string lights, lanterns and candles. A grill is provided, as well as a fire pit for those chilly evenings. Don’t forget the marshmallows….we provide the roasting forks.
We boast a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Most seasonings and condiments as well as cookware/bakeware and small appliances are provided. We have plenty of serving platters/bowls as well as outdoor plastic ware. You can cook a Thanksgiving feast without panicking.
A generous selection of complimentary breakfast beverages are also available to you.

We use only luxury soft bedding and the master bedroom has a top of the line Beautyrest Black king size bed. Cozy without killing your back! The 2nd bedroom has two firm twins that can be converted to a king easily with the provided kit as well as the bedding. Both rooms have their own bathroom with premium thick towels & salon quality bathing products. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We can sleep three adult couples comfortably. Did you draw the short straw and get the sleeper sofa in the living room? Well thank your lucky stars… you get the TV and all the kitchen snacks without disturbing anyone! Woohoo!!
We have a family game cupboard indoors and an outdoor toy box with sand toys, horseshoes, croquet and a basketball for the court next door at the neighborhood park. We also provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and an ice chest for those relaxing outdoor days.

Have pooches?
We are pet friendly and do the best we can to clean fur, but there is no way every hair will be eradicated. If that is an issue, please don’t book with us. The folks who live behind us have band practice usually once a week on Sunday afternoons. It’s a good time to play your own music or watch a movie.
We expect ALL adults to read our house manual. It’s always obvious when this doesn’t happen.
We have high expectations for those with dogs. We welcome pooches and travel nowhere without our Trigger, so we understand you want them with you. We expect responsibility for fur clean up. Please do not let wet and dirty dogs in the house. Please dry them and/or take the blow dryer to them outside. There are dog towels on the top shelf in the master bathroom. Bring sheets for the beds and couch if your pups insist all furniture belongs to them. DO NOT let shedding dogs in the bed!! Fur does not magically disappear in the wash. We will toss the sheets and charge $75 for a new set.
There is a lint roller on the laundry shelf. Non shedders can lay anywhere they please! Thanks for understanding! We care very much about our next guests too.
We provide a tandem kayak for your use and our private neighborhood dock is a quick two minute walk to launch. You can dock your boat or water toys there, throw in a line or just sit and watch the sunset. The water on Broad Creek is calm and a day out on the water is relaxing and fun, even for the inexperienced.

FISHING, FISHING, FISHING…..
Our neighborhood is a funky old fishing village with a marina to launch your boat just across the bridge. Surprise…you’re not in Beverly Hills! Houses and mobile homes are mixed in together with most being second homes and very few full time residents. Almost everyone has at least one boat. Bring yours…we have loads of parking available.
Our dear friend Stacy lives directly across the street. He is a friendly man who has been around forever and is your go to guy for fishing tips and all things Crystal Coast. Be sure to say hi… you’ll be glad you did!
Lots of American flags fly high and maybe a Trump flag here and there…and to be fully transparent…a confederate flag across the street. As mostly Republican the neighborhood is, please don’t let that make you feel uncomfortable or unwelcome….everyone still loves us and we’re unconventional to say the least. It is extremely inclusive for all races, religions and sexual orientation. We’ve hosted folks from all walks of life without issue for a very long time.
Also good to know….the folks that live behind us have band practice usually once a week for a couple hours. A good time to blast your own music with our sound system that is hooked up to speakers throughout the house or turn up the volume on our 55” HDTV.

If you’re looking for a place where you feel relaxed with all the comforts of home and loads of extra amenities, access to water and a short drive to gorgeous beaches, killer fishing, tasty eateries or just a place to hole up and get away from it all, Under the Sea is the place to be!
