THE HOT TUB RUNS ALL YEAR
It sits below the deck at grade, facing open canyon. Scrub oak screens it from spring through fall. In winter you soak under a snow-covered Provo Peak with an open view to the ridge.

SLEEPS 10 IN FOUR BEDROOMS
Two families fit without anyone on a sofa bed.
- Lower master: king, ensuite, wood-burning fireplace, walk-in closet, French doors to the front deck, mountain view

THE 80" THEATER Room
An Art Deco room built around an 80-inch screen and surround sound, with a snack bar of candy, nuts and cold drinks. One guest wrote: "Our family looked forward to the movie room every single night... the movie candy was such a thoughtful touch." Next door, a game room with an 11-foot couch, poker and board games. The kitchen runs HexClad.

OUTSIDE
The front deck stays private year-round. Out back, a fenced yard holds custom stonework, a gas fire pit, a seasonal brook and a table that seats the group. Eight cars park on the property.

Sundance Ski Resort 10 min | Deer Creek Reservoir 6 | Provo River 2 | Park City 25 | Heber or Provo 20 for groceries and gas

Ski and snowboard at Sundance Resort or Park City. Fly-fish or ice-fish the Provo. Hike, bike, tube the river, paddleboard Deer Creek, or drive 25 minutes to Park City. Summer guests spend evenings on the reservoirs and nights looking up; there is no light pollution out here.

GOOD TO KNOW
Bring a car. Groceries and gas are 20 minutes in either direction. Check in yourself with a keypad code; we send directions and the community gate code before you travel.
