Beautiful View, 2 bedroom condo in a Resort Style Gated Community in Fort Myers.
Located in a Mediterranean style 3 story building, this is a top floor Condo (just 2 flights of stairs)

Enjoy the pool, hot tub, exercise room, games room and ending library.
This condo has one of the best views of the entire community from the balcony, you overlook the pond so can watch wildlife. The clubhouse and pool are in your view with the magestic palms.
It is an easy drive to the beachs and downtown Fort Myers.
The Balcony overlooks a pond with fountain and the pool and beautiful clubhouse. Two comfortable chairs with a small round table for drinks, breakfast, etc. Two additional fold out chairs enable 4 people to sit on the balcony.
The condo is well equipped with lots of kitchen appliances (including a coffee grinder, keurig, blender, crock pot, hand blender and more.)
It is also well equipped for the beach including all the beach gear you need, 4 chairs, coolers, two umbrellas, beach bag, beach towels and blanket.
Very well located, easily walk to lots of shopping, restaurants, bars, etc.
The Guest bedroom has a quality convertible (futon) bed and a desk with office chair so you can use it as a bedroom or a den / office. There is a b/w printer.
Turnkey, contact-less check in with a coded door lock for access.
The beach trolley Park'n Ride is a short drive from the condo (near the Walmart) if you prefer to take the trolley to Fort Myers beach.

We have owned this Condo for over a decade. We use it ourselves several months a year so it is very well equipped.

The location is close to lots of shopping, we walk a lot to target, publix and several restaurants, pubs, pharmacies and more. Just off San Carlos, it is very easy to get to Fort Myers Beach, almost a straight drive down.

This community is beautiful and we have a beautiful balcony view. It is very nice to sit outside and look down at the wildlife at the pond, the clubhouse and the palm trees. The pool is contoured, not square, and is great to float in and talk to others.
