This totally renovated, everything new condo is located in the beautiful, gated, 18-hole golf course community of Kelly Greens.
The 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo offers an amazing vacation lifestyle! Close to world famous beaches, shopping and fine dining opportunities, you may never want to leave the grounds.
The condo offers walkout views of the golf course and lake. The bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed and a queen size bed! There are three flat screen tv's for your viewing pleasure. Come make your vacation memories today!
Kelly Greens enjoys an exceptional Southwest Florida location. Located between McGregor Blvd. and the Summerlin Road corridor near the intersection of San Carlos Blvd. it offers privacy along with convenience. Within a 5-minute drive you will find the entrance to the Sanibel-Captiva Island Causeway, Bunche Beach State Park, boat launching sites accessible to the Gulf of Mexico Estero Bay and the Caloosahatchee River, the Sanibel Outlet Stores, a variety of restaurants and a selection of groceries and pharmacies. Members have the choice of entering through 4 different gates surrounding the community, with guest security available at the main gate on Summerlin Blvd adjacent to the American flag.
Being so close to the beaches means getting out on a boat is a breeze when you live at Kelly Greens, whether you want to go deep sea fishing, canoeing, rent a pontoon boat to explore the back channels or take a tour to some of the barrier islands. You can even launch your own boat close by or better yet moor it at one of the many marinas close by. Note: fishing is not permitted in any of our community lakes.
You can pay an additional fee to have access to all the amenities offered by the Kelly Greens Community. The extra fees do enable you to golf on the Kelly Greens golf course, but there is an additional greens fee per round of golf.
Given the proximity to the beaches there are many bars and restaurants to enjoy, many with waterfront views. A few favorites, include Kelly Greens onsite restaurant, and many close by such as the Lighthouse, Bimini Bait Shack, Roadhouse Café and Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille.
Within 5 minutes of one of our 4 gates you will find Target, Walmart, 3 Publix Food Stores, Aldi, Big Lots, the Sanibel Outlets with over 40 shops, Bealls Outlet, Tuesday Morning, Ace Hardware and a number of clothing and furniture consignment stores.
