We actually were transferred from this condo to a single family home 3 miles north on A1A as an upgrade by the owner. It was very comfortable, and we spent a great deal of time on the beach and in the pool.

2nd Trip

This was our second time at this property and once again it didn't disappoint. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, dishes, and beach items. Communication with the property was great and easy. We had issues with racoons getting into the trash two nights. The pool house didn't seem like it was fully cleaned before we arrived and the water pressure in the house is low. However, we were there for sun, beach, and pool and it was perfect for what we wanted.

Fantastic Beach

4 couples loved the space and being on the ocean. It is not near restaurants and the grocery is not close. The only problem with the house is the water pressure. Because this house uses well water, the water pressure can be a problem when taking a shower. Do not use the washing machine or dish washer at the same time!Although there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms share a very small bath. One of the ensuite bedrooms is a guest house that is located by the pool. The privacy is nice but it is a noisy place for sleeping. It is near the pool mechanics and some machine that sounds like the garage door opening and closing. The handyman was responsive but could do nothing to fix these issues.

Family vacation

It could not have been any better! The house was perfect! Clean, spacious, private beach and convenient to Vero Beach, Sebastian and Melbourne. We had a party of 9 (including 2 children) and had plenty of room! We loved it! I would highly recommend this property for large parties. We will for sure be going back. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect place to get away from it all!

We loved this house and the location! This was the most secluded beach we have been on in a while. We also loved that there were some things left from previous guests there that we could use it we wanted to like spices and such. Great variety of small appliances, cookware, dishes and storage containers since we like to cook our own meals. We loved the setup of the house for our group. The pictures don’t do it justice! The only drawback would be a bedroom on the main floor in the main house for people that have trouble with the stairs. We are already thinking about next year and possibly coming back to this same house!

A Great Spot For A Family Hang

The home, guest house, and property were all as-advertised - well-kept, clean, and with lots of room for our family of 10. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms, and direct access to the lovely, uncrowded beach. Pool and spa were nicely heated, and the kitchen was well equipped. Everyone enjoyed their time at the property, we will return, and can whole-heartedly recommend.

Family vacation

This was our second year staying at this property. We are a family of eleven ages ranging from 70 to 11. The house is large enough to easily accommodate our crowd. There are plenty of beach towels, toys and chairs for everyone. The best part of the house is the beautiful beach just steps out the door. We had so much fun during our weeks stay and made lots of memories. The only issue was the no see ums. These bugs kept us off the beach early in the morning and at dusk. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The house is much larger than the photos make it seem. We did get to see some turtles on the beach and there were plenty of beach supplies readily available for us to use. The house is well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was lovely. The only complaint we had was the bugs (midges or “no see ems”). We all got several bites and bug spray does not deter them. Highly recommend!

Family friendly beach house and pool

Spacious and well maintained for the age of the property. Kitchen stocked extremely well for cooking / eating. Lots of beach and pool toys for the little ones. Property manager very attentive and responsive. Pool / spa heated, well sheltered from the ocean elements, and private but was too deep for little children. We had 6 adults and 1 infant and it was very spacious. Could use some better photos on VRBO as the ones from Oct 2022 didn't do property justice.

A wonderful place to stay. Perfectly set up for our family. We like to stay in this area for secluded beaches and proximity to local restaurants and attractions. Perfect Beach Vacation

We are a family of eleven that travel to a beach every summer. For the past several years we have gone to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. After this week we have decided to start coming to this area from now on. We saw turtles, dolphins, tarpons and lots of sun and waves. The pool was nice too. The house was great and there was a lot of space. The kitchen was well equipped. Definitely an excellent place to stay.

Paradise on the beach

The house was even nicer than the photos. It was very clean and super spacious. We could walk out to the beautiful beach or spend time in the heated pool. It had a well-stocked kitchen and lots of towels. The property manager, Merry, was very helpful and kind. We didn't want to leave! Hope we can visit again.

Great Family Vacation Home

Other than the hot tub not working well, everything was great. A walk right to the beautiful beach and large rooms with TVs in every bedroom and living area. Terrific kitchen and well-stocked with everything needed. Lots of space to spread out and large dining table for family meals. Definitely a repeat location.
