With unique decoration, you’ll have a maritime feeling in every room. Every detail was designed and planned to make your vacation even more charming!

Experience the breathtaking Florida sunsets in our private pool, enjoy family meals in our fully-equipped kitchen, and spend some quality time together in one of our three relaxing common areas.

Rest time after a fun day at the beach is guaranteed in our bedrooms planned to accommodate 12 people total comfortably.

★ CHECK-IN ★
A self-check-in method with an electronic keypad.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am

★ IMPORTANT ★
• Barbecue grill is not provided.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• The entrance to the complex is gated.
• The community is under development and the home is relatively close to the construction site.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We do offer a pack-n-play and highchair as courtesy. For additional ones, there is a fee of $45 per pack-n-play and $25 per highchair.

★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $35/night + taxes
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 2• day's advance notice
• Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated
• Pool size: 11’ x 22’
• It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ PARKING ★
There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property. Street parking is not permitted in the community.

We offer a starter kit as a courtesy:

- 2 Toilet papers per bathroom
- 1 Small shampoo per bathroom
- 1 Small Soap Bar per bathroom

- 1 Dish soap
