Soaring Pines Retreat is the mountain cabin of your dreams! Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, pet friendly and family friendly home, surrounded by towering pines, and rolling topography in the heart of Valley of the Sun. Relish the woodland views through the wall of windows in the great room, hike the paths around the property, play basketball or tennis on the dual-use court, relax on the wrap-around deck, or soak in the magical vibes from the comfort of the hot tub. Soaring Pines provides open-concept living on all three levels.
Middle level:
*The Great Room - features a wall of floor to ceiling windows, cozy leather couches centered around a Smart TV, and a wood-burning stove on a majestic stone hearth. There is a large dining room table with comfortable seating for 6, board game and bookshelves, and two large dog crates for furry family.
*The Kitchen - Fully stocked with dishes, kitchen gadgets, and cooking accessories, the kitchen offers a lovely farmhouse sink, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and bar style seating for 5 at the kitchen counter.
*The Mid-level Bedroom - a spacious bedroom with a closet, a custom log dresser and Queen size bed, made up with cozy cotton bedding.
*The Central Bathroom - features a spacious vanity, standard toilet and a custom tiled, step-in shower with rainfall shower head.
*Laundry Room - conveniently located just behind the kitchen, with a utility sink, washing machine and dryer available for guest use.
Top floor:
*The Loft Entertainment Room - an open loft space, with a full body massage chair, a cozy couch and fluffy dog beds, centered around a Smart TV.

* Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from November through May. The area is subject to frequent unpredictable and adverse weather conditions which can make travel difficult.
* This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
* Cameras are located on the home to monitor the front and back entry doors, as well as the garage doors.
* Variable and seasonal conditions may exist on the hiking paths around the property. no biking should be done on or near steam pitches and guests use the hiking trails at their own risk.
* This home is pet friendly. We charge a $50 fee for each pet, and all pets must be approved. This fee is not included in the quoted rate, and will be charged after the booking is confirmed or the day of arrival on the reservation.
*The garage is locked off for homeowner use only, and is not available to guests.
