Settle into this wonderful lakefront location! Your 1415 sq ft condo has three bedrooms. The master suite, with king size bed, a large walk-in closet, double sink vanity and a patio door that opens to the 2nd floor screened or enclosed (RARE FIND) lakefront lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twins.

Vacation Rental Amenities:
Full-size washer/dryer...Fully stocked kitchen w/linens, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (keurig and drip), oven, cooking utensils and a variety of small appliances...High speed internet, 3 Smart TV’s, 2 Smart speakers
Out of consideration for guests and owners, NO SMOKING or PETS ... PLEASE.

Activities and Attractions:
Located near beautiful Ft. Myers Gulf Coast Beaches, Lexington Country Club is a luxury, pay-as-you-play, gated golf community, located between Fort Myers & Sanibel/Captiva Islands. It has an 18-hole championship golf course, club house, 12 lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, access to 2 swimming pools, bocce ball, driving range, putting/chipping green, sand trap practice area, and biking trails. Two Tiki Clubs with poolside food/drink service, one on a 5-acre lake, w/Olympic sized pool, large hot tub (10 x 10), sand beach, exercise room, library, computer room, bar, and one-mile jogging/walking track around the lake...the other by the Clubhouse and Pro shop.

Lexington Country Club is a community of condos, carriage homes, villas, large estate homes, wide open spaces, beautiful landscaping, and many lakes.

Lexington Country Club is 20 minutes from SWF Intl. Airport (RSW), and close to Hertz Arena, Barbara Mann Theater, Minnesota Twins Spring Training at Lee Healthcare Sports Complex and Boston Red Sox at Jet Blue Arena. Close to downtown Fort Myers, shopping, beaches, dining and a variety of entertainment.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Maggie did an extremely good job in communicating with us about her condo and community events. We’d love to stay there again.

Excellent choice. Great amenities...golf course, tennis courts, Tiki Bar, fitness center and pool all near by. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Everything you need for a great vacation!

Relaxing Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here for February and March. The condo was comfortable, stocked with essentials and provided for all our needs. Loved the Lexington community and all that it had to offer especially the nearby pool, Tiki bar and library. Enjoyed doing lots of walking and biking throughout the community. Maggie was very helpful in keeping us updated of activities and responding promptly.

We agree - The lake-view lanai is the perfect place to watch the wild life and sunsets, and listen to the tiki bar music, while enjoying a cup o joe or sipping an evening cocktail. So glad you enjoyed your stay!!

The kids enjoyed staying in your condo. The commode in the master bathroom is broken and was for the entire stay. They had to lift the top to flush. Otherwise everything thing was nice and clean. Thank you !

Wonderful Month!

We had a wonderful month at the Lexington Country Club. People are friendly and eager to help. ( Loved the ladies in the fitness center.) The condo is comfortable, centrally located to everything and Maggie is very approachable and quick to answer any questions! Looking forward to coming back next year!

Weather was nice which makes the vacation. Loved the pool and Tiki bar. Wish condo was closer to pool but good exercise.

We agree...Ft. Myers in October is PERFECTION 😎� We find the stroll to the pool/tiki bar, half-way around the lake in either direction, to be very relaxing ...Of course we always reward ourselves with a cocktail 🍹�🍸� !! Sorry the decor was not to your taste...professionally decorated condo with 3 TVs under 3 years old...Different strokes...

Loved This Condo

Stayed here for two months this winter and thoroughly enjoyed being able to use this condo this year. It is very nicely equipped, clean, and so convenient to everything at the Lexington Country Club, also the beach, Sanibel and shopping. Maggie was so very thoughtful to keep us informed on upcoming activities in the area which kept us busy and enjoying our winter. She had even left us a bottle of bubbly to welcome us when we got in. Would loved to have had the condo again next year but it had already been rented to others for three months for 2020. Hope to use it again sometime.

Excellent ticks all the boxes for me!

I have now stayed in this Condo for the last four years which I think is a good recommendation in itself. The condo is well furnished, well maintained, clean and comfortable. I will be looking to return at the end of the year.

Just perfect.

Condo was in perfect condition and provided everything we needed for our vacation. Lexington Country Club is a very nice community. The property is located about ten minutes from beaches and a few minutes from grocery stores and restaurants.

great get away

Nicely decorated 3 bedroom condo situated on a lovely pond/lake with a lot of wildlife to view. My grandson really enjoyed the walks around the lake seeing the fish, turtles, birds, heron's and different birds and the baby alligators. Great proximity to the Tiki/ Island pool which turned out to be my favorite spot.... Bob........Stayed March 2018

A month without snow!

Our stay at this rental was great! This property is exactly as described and pictured. The property was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything needed and the owner even provided a “Welcome Wine”! The unit was well supplied with paper products, detergents, and beach towels & chairs. The beds are extremely comfortable! The owner is very easy to deal with and provides updated e-mails regarding happenings at the club as well as outside entertainment. This gated golf community offers complete peace of mind as far as any security issues. Golf was fabulous. The area is quiet with very little traffic. The proximity to Sanibel / Captiva and Ft. Myers Beach is a real plus, Publix and Walgreens are less than five minutes away, and the area has great shopping, entertainment and dining opportunities. We really enjoyed our time at Lexington CC.

Wonderful Break

The condo was excellent! I loved the location, we were close to the beach, able to walk to the tikki hut(island club), multiple pools to choose from, so clean and decorated perfectly! Every morning I had coffee on the Lanai and watched the birds by the water. The master bedroom bed was the best! I will definitely stay here again and have told my friends about it. The owner sent me all kinds of info on activities in the country club and had lists of things to do in the Ft. Myers area. I did not want to leave!

This condo is a clean, well kept, well equipped & very comfortable. It is located in the beautiful Lexington Country Club, Lake Village. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay there, especially our morning breakfast's on the linai over looking a section of the lake. It is location is convenient to the Fort Myers area, and the beaches. Our host/ owner was easy to work with, an a outstanding source of information. She kept us informed on all the activities and events not only in Lexington, but in Fort Myers and the surrounding areas as well. The owner also was responsive via email or phone to any and all questions. That is why we are retuning again next year. I highly recommend this place.

Girls Weekend

This condo is clean, comfortable, and convenient, with all the necessary amenities. The Lexington community is top notch- we especially enjoyed the pool area with a full service bar and kitchen. After a day on the beach, it was so nice to relax by the pool with a drink and dinner. The location is convenient to downtown Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island, and Naples. The owners are quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this condo and hope to return again soon!

Well maintained and convenient for our purposes

The property was well maintained and very inviting. We enjoyed the convenience to local establishments and baseball fields. The owner was always available for any questions and kept us informed of the upcoming events at the country club. We would definitely recommend this property to any friends that were traveling to Fort Myers.

Lexington is truly a resort. You can relax at the pool or sandy beach on the lake and be served drinks, lunch, snacks etc. The golf course is beautiful and well maintained and there is a great practice area. Tennis, bocci, bridge, mah jongg--something for everyone. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped and within walking distance to the pool and fitness center
