The space:

Very tranquil and relaxing space that is close to exceptional dining and spectacular waterways. Enjoy your privacy in the heated pool while overlooking the canal as you await Florida's amazing sea life as it swims by.

Guest access:

Entire home, Pool, Lanai, Outdoor Bar, and Dock with the exception of the garage

Other things to note:

Minimum Age of booking guest (must stay at property): 25 years (Some Exceptions)

Valid picture ID of all guests over the age of 18 is required upon booking

Dogs are allowed with prior authorization. A $200.00 dog fee will be charged.

The property has 4 security cameras on the propert. One is located in the Ring doorbell at the front door. One is located on the southwest corner of the garage and is pointed at the driveway. One is mounted the southeast corner of the pool cage and is pointed only at the canal. One is mounted inside the garage which is not accessible by guests. Your privacy and safety are of utmost importance to us as you deserve privacy while on vacation. THEREFORE THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOUSE OR THE POOL CAGE. This is our home so we only monitor entry points for security.
