SECOND FLOOR UNIT. GATED. This cozy 3 bedroom condo has many upgrades & tv in all bedrooms. U will enjoy mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. 2 bedrooms have KINGS, 3rd bedroom has twin trundle beds. Please note 3rd bedroom is a converted sunroom into private bedroom space. Comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Pool access, Fitness Center, & option to add BIKES USAGE 4 a fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. SEE RULES 4 HIGH PET FEE

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE).
NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.
By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.
