This open and inviting lower level is designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection, with large windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase the lush surroundings. With nearly 1,900 sq ft of living space, there’s room for everyone to spread out comfortably.

The cozy, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, plus eat-in window seating perfect for coffee, breakfast, or simply enjoying time together. The expansive main living area is ideal for gathering with friends and family, whether you’re hosting game nights, settling in for movies, or enjoying peaceful yoga and downtime.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, an attached en-suite bath, and generous closet space. A second bedroom also includes a king bed, a large closet, and a convenient desk area for remote work or craft projects. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room offers two futons, and there’s a crib mattress and a fold-up twin bed in the laundry room.

Step outside and relax in the private hot tub, the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. The spacious, grassy yard invites fun and relaxation alike, whether you gather around the fire pit, engage in yard games, or lounge in the hammock. The covered porch offers plenty of comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot to enjoy fresh air, watch the sunset, or simply savor the peace and quiet. Plus, a trail at the back of the property leads directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy sun, sand, and water anytime you like.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love kite flying, beachcombing, biking, and crabbing, while nearby Cape Disappointment State Park offers hiking, lighthouses, and breathtaking coastal views. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
