Surfview 1 bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen. Um bis zu 38 Personen unterbringen zu können, müssen die Gäste Surfview 2 (für 14 Personen) und / oder Surfview 3 (für 16 Personen) separat buchen. Für jedes Haus fallen zusätzliche Mietgebühren an. Alle 3 Unterkünfte werden von Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals verwaltet.

Alle Häuser: Wir haben eine Mindestaufenthaltsdauer von 4 Nächten im Sommer / Urlaub. Wir nehmen jedoch Buchungen für 2 oder 3 Nächte für Aufenthalte unter der Woche, um Lücken im Zeitplan zu füllen, oder für Last-Minute-Reservierungen. Kontaktiere den Gastgeber für mehr Details!

Alle drei Surfview-Häuser sind haustierfreundlich, bieten Meerblick und teilen sich ein 3 Hektar großes Grundstück am Meer mit einem olympischen Volleyballfeld, einem Rainbow-Spielset, einem Tetherball, einem Fußball- / Touch-Fußballfeld und einer regulierten Hufeisengrube. Jedes Haus hat eine eigene Feuerstelle und Picknicktische. Diese Häuser eignen sich perfekt für große Gruppen, Familientreffen, Hochzeiten und Teambuilding-Off-Sites.

Surfview 1 ist ein neu renoviertes, haustierfreundliches Haus und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt auf einem privaten Weg. Das Haus ist nur zwei Meilen von der Innenstadt von Long Beach. Einfache Einrichtung kombiniert mit einer großartigen Lage machen es perfekt für Familien mit kleinem Budget. Es gibt sehr wenige, wenn überhaupt, Ferienwohnungen auf der gesamten Halbinsel von Long Beach, Washington, in der Nähe der Stadt und des Ozeans zu diesem Preis.

The kids had a blast hanging downstairs playing air hockey! The walk to the beach isn't very long but there are many pokey, spiky things that caused them to complain quite a bit. The beds were very comfortable!

While this house isn’t right on the beach, it is a short walk to the beach. The home is very comfortable with large picture windows in the living room and dining room. 5 minute drive to town.

Vacation by the beach

The stay at Surfview 1 was great! The unit was well equipped, clean, easily accessible, and dog/kid friendly. The kids loved the slide off the deck and playing in the play area. Additionally, the location is close to town and a couple minute walk to the beach. We also were pleasantly surprised by the hot tub on the deck. Everyone very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality from the property manager.

Birthday/Mother's Day Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Surfview 1. Very homey, and comfortable with a slight view of the ocean. We could hear the ocean at night. Our kids had the best time sliding down the slide and playing on the playground. The host and their team was very responsive, attentive and showed great hospitality. The game room was an added bonus to this vacation home. We'd stay there again!

A nice getaway

We had a very nice time at Surfview 1. The property was really cool, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and we had a great time playing pickleball and hanging out in the hot tub. The pictures make the house look larger than it is, but we were ok as 3 adults and 1 baby with a couple dogs. The house was fully stocked with supplies, a pack n play and games. It was nice to have the game room separated so we could make some noise when the baby was asleep. There were some prickly thorns in the grass which hurt my small dog's paws but it didn't seem to bother the larger dogs from the neighboring properties. Definitely take your shoes off before going inside though so you don't track the thorns inside. The properties share the kids play area and pickleball / volleyball courts, everyone was really nice. The rental company was very communicative and helped us find a restaurant that allowed dogs and babies (rare in Long Beach!). We'd definitely rent from them again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable beds, double bunk beds for children plus toys, comfortable living area, enclosed deck, and a mudroom/entry way with sand toys and clam diggers, as well as the shared outdoor space made this one of the top rentals I've stayed in.

Relaxation at the beach

Well equipped, easily accessible, beautiful view, easy process of reserving and booking, unit amenities able to accommodate dogs, outside porch, number of rooms, easy clean floors, nice deck. Game room, outside activities and easy access to city. All this made for a wonderful stay. Couple things - outside door of porch needs to latch so cannot be opened and need more hooks for hanging in bedrooms and bath.

A Great Little Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked Robby the owner-he was very helpful. The cottage had a very well equipped kitchen, the BBQ was good and I loved the deck with the Adirondack chairs. The grandkids loved the play aground and volleyball area and the fire pit. It was an easy walk or drive to the beach. We loved the bald eagles.

Reviewer Comments: Made relatively last second reservation to stay in the Surfview 1 - very simple process.Location is excellent - and while there's a walk to the beach through the beach grass - it's a beautiful walk.The house was very well stocked in terms of appliances and kitchen items, so no need to go out for meals; helping keep the overall cost of a vacation pretty low.Would definitely rent this place again.

Nice place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The only issues were the back door has an uncovered window (this door is in a bedroom) kinda creepy at night. And the oven didn't get hot enough or work right to bake somethings. We'll rent from them again.

So happy you are coming back. As I have said in other comments Surfview 1, 2 and 3 are new rentals for us, and there is a lot to do to get them up to Bloomer Estates standards. They are also a great value, some of the least expensive ocean front/ocean view homes on the peninsula. you can expect to see a new oven and the window covered on your next visit. Just the right size although it is for more than two people I think it could be too small for 6. A nice getaway. I had thought it was a little closer with view of ocean but you could see surf in the distance and it was my mistake. Easy to get to and nice location where you can get to whatever you need easily.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. The water pomp burn out the night we got there. We where out off water for over 12hrs. I call and left a message to see if we can get a credit or some thing and so far no one has call us back. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and stain.

Thank you for your review, when we got your call at 9:30 pm I informed you we would have water and a plumber there first thing in the morning as all business in out area were closed at that hour, by 7am we had left 5 gallons of water at the home, I called at 8:30am letting you know the plumber was on his way that very moment and when he arrived the pump was going and you had water. The pump had become water logged which happens occasionally when on a well and was dried out within 20 minutes of which you did have water during that time. we are sorry for the inconvenience during the night but did rectify the issue before you woke. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several of Bloomer Estates' properties over the years and always have a great experience! This year we stayed at Surfview 1 and had a fantastic time as always. The property managers clearly care a lot about their properties and are always making upgrades each year. I'm always so grateful for all the amenities such as dishwasher, washer and dryer, cooking tools, and baby gear like a pack n' play and highchair. It really takes so much stress out of the vacation when we can pack light and know we will have everything we need at the house. Any time we've needed assistance the staff resppnds quickly and is so friendly! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Surfview 1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All things considered, we had a great stay, and everything was great. The house was in great shape, very near the beach, and we had a wonderful time. Plenty of dishes and linens, and everything we needed for our Thanksgiving week at the beach. My only complaints would be that there are no heaters in the bedrooms, so it gets a bit cold at night. The other issue was that of the four smoke detectors in the house, only one of them was working. The one in the kitchen was missing (only the base remained), one was missing a battery, and the other had a dead battery. Aside from these minor issues, we had a lot of fun, and I would recommend it to my friends.

Thank you for your input on the heaters the centrally located fireplace normally warms the home very well along with the cadet heaters located at each end of the home. Relaxing family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time in Long Beach. The house was a little further away from the beach than we thought, but it was a nice trail to walk down. The house was the perfect size for our family. My only complaint was the dishes and utensils. We only had 3 bowls, no can opener, ice cream scoop, spatula and a few other things that were necessary. The beach was beautiful and we had so much fun exploring. We recommend going to see both lighthouses. Hike if you can. Rent bikes from the Long Beach Moped, Surrey and Bicycle Rental. After you rent the first time, all other times on you stay are only $1 per hour. There is an awesome bike trail that runs along the beach. We will definitely be back!

Everything you need!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, great location, very clean. This kitchen has everything you need. I have stayed at many rental houses and I usually bring my own pans, but leaving in a hurry I forgot to this time. No worries...this rental had everything you could think of. When I stopped and thought, "I wonder if they have..." they DID!!! Loved the multiple coffee makers, every utensil you needed, it was all there. Beds were comfortable...and the 2 nights free with 2 nights booked was a bonus! We visit this area often and are looking forward to renting other houses from Bloomer Estates! Forget the hotels people...rent one of their houses, make your own meals and enjoy time with your family instead!!! (You will even save money cooking your own food and booking this deal that's good for several more months it looks like). I'm going to book our early spring vacation soon!

HI Katrina, wow THANK YOU! We are crazy about adding all the kitchen amenities anyone could ask for and it is very rewarding when someone calls this out. We even added extra shelving so we could fit everything into the small house. The keurig, coffee maker, french press, pour over, and electric tea kettle was the owners idea. Surf view 1

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt lucky to get one of the last vacation rentals available for the 4th of July weekend. Surf view 1 was just coming back into the rental pool and they took pets! Upon arrival we were disappointed to find out that what was promised as two queen beds turned out to be a queen and a full. There were two couples in our group, and 2 adults In a full size bed isn't very restful! The house was spotless, fresh paint, new towels, nice small appliances. However, the kitchen was under stocked, no wine glasses, no bottle opener, not basic cooking supplies, not even salt or pepper! One bedroom had bare bulbs for a light fixture, no cover on it, the other had no pillow cases. The hallway light and one bedrooms overhead light didn't work, we later found out it was a tripped breaker. The deck was nice, new rails, but no deck furniture, it had been taken to surf view 2 and we were told we couldn't get it back until the next day. The furniture was OK, except the living room coffee table was falling apart and there was not one single closet to hang clothes in, not even a hook in any of the bedrooms I think the owner and or rental agency had good intentions but the unit wasn't ready to be rented yet, perhaps they ran out of time getting it ready for us, it seemed as though they hadn't done a walk-thru or check list before putting it back in the rental pool. The ocean view was very tiny, a small strip to the side of a big house directly in front of us. We could hear the ocean and that was nice. Overall it was over promised and under delivered.

We wanted to update our remarks (it is 10/31/2017) now, to say we addressed every one of these issues with new closets, new deck furniture with tons of seating, new fixtures and added a ton of new amenities. August visit 2014

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, and that is much appreciated! There was no spatula the first morning I went to make eggs. There used to be a spatula, so that was a surprise. There was a good representation of other cooking utensils. So I would recommmend only a spatula be added to kitchen supplies. The blinds have seen better days in the living room and dining areas. They are not functioning and really need to be replaced. I have watched them deteriorating over the past 9 or 10 summers, but they are at their worst now (albeit very clean) with increased missing pieces. For the purposes of privacy, light and temperature control properly functioning blinds would be a positive thing. When I called about the trash bin being overturned by an animal during the night staff person Kathleen was very professional, polite and helpful. She addressed the problem promptly. The neighboring rental next to us (Surfview 2 I think) had 8-9 vehicles parked with multiple unleashed dogs, as a result some dog poop was in the yard. Poop is just not nice, especially when not picked up. But if dogs are unleashed, people do not know when or where the dogs poop! But even more of a concern I brought children, and unleashed unfamiliar dogs can be a potential safety problem. Twice a dog attempted to enter our cottage when we had the door open. We did not have pets with us. I realize this was not something caused by the rental company. Maybe stronger communication about safety and hygiene concerning unleashed dogs for pet parents would help. We did not say anything as we did not want any friction while visiting, and otherwise there was no noise or other problems. Obviously, they did not perceive their dogs as bothersome. We had a great time, love the location and Long Beach comunity and will return again next year if you will have us.

Thank You for your insight, please do not hesitate to call with any concern as we do require all pets to be supervised and on a leash but can not enforce the rules if we are unaware they are being broken, we would love to have you back next year and will have fully functioning blinds. Great place for our expanding family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our three generation family has returned to Surfview 1 and Surfview 3 year after year. These next door properties can accommodate us well. We like the quiet location a few miles from town and a relatively short walk to the beautiful beach. The Bloomer Estates staff are always friendly, accessible and responsive to our needs, for example, our request for non-allergenic cleaning products prior to our stay. Every year we find new improvements and upgrades. Our stay is always enjoyable.
