The pool alarm is in place as an important safety feature, especially for families with children, and we appreciate your understanding there. Our team did provide the Wi-Fi information during your stay, and provided an electronic guidebook and we were happy to assist with additional trash bags when you reached out. Starter supplies are provided for guests upon arrival, and additional items can always be supplied if needed during longer stays. We’re glad we were able to assist when you contacted us. Regarding the house manual, we apologize if there was any confusion. Our team is always available to provide information about the home, amenities, and checkout procedures, as well as sending our electronic guidebook for easy info access. However, we are reviewing this to ensure it is even clearer for future guests. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Had we been notified during your stay about the pool, shower drain, or any pest concerns, we would have promptly sent our maintenance or pool team to address them right away.
