The space
Welcome to "Sawgrass In the Sand!"
Step inside to an inviting open-concept layout featuring a bright and airy living room with a pop-out sofa, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large center island, high-end appliances, and a walk-in pantry— ideal for home-cooked meals or beach snacks. Tucked in the corner is a cozy dining nook with a beautiful wooden table for four, plus there is an additional folding table and chairs available for extra seating. Also on this level is the laundry room, and a guest bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a dedicated bathroom right across the hall with a sleek glass shower.
Going up the second floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms. The spacious master suite has a King bed, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large glass shower. The second bedroom has a King as well, an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a dedicated workspace right through the door in the bathroom. For the younger ones, the last bedroom is a bunk room with one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks.
The third floor offers even more privacy, featuring a second cozy living room with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a second master suite with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large glass shower.
Guests will also have access to the recently upgraded Community pool, which now features a new heater, updated poolside furniture, and refreshed landscaping.
Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and tons of local favorites- including Cafe 30A, The Shrimp Shack, and more! Or take the LSV/golf cart or bikes to explore down 30A!

-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
