Stay at the base of Sugarbush Resort’s Mt. Ellen in this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit condo for up to 8 guests. With mountain views, a gas fireplace, and convenient access to the slopes, it’s an inviting home base for ski weekends, family trips, and year-round Mad River Valley adventures.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with four twin sleeping spaces, and the living room includes a full-size futon. Two full bathrooms make the condo especially convenient for families and groups.

After a day outdoors, relax beside the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows, play board games, or prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Large windows bring in natural light and beautiful Green Mountain scenery. A private gear shed provides storage for skis, snowboards, bicycles, and other outdoor equipment.

In winter, guests can walk approximately 10 minutes to the Green Mountain Express lift at Mt. Ellen. Ski-back access may be available when snow, trail, and resort conditions permit. Lincoln Peak is also accessible by car.

During the warmer months, enjoy the shared community pool and tennis court, subject to seasonal availability and community rules. The Mad River Valley also offers hiking, mountain biking, golf, swimming holes, restaurants, shops, and scenic drives.

Important winter access: The approach can be steep and slippery during snow or ice. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with appropriate winter tires is required during winter conditions. Guests should check the weather and arrive prepared for mountain roads.
