We’re reviewing our process to ensure access details are always clearly shared ahead of arrival, so this doesn’t happen again. Regarding the dishwasher, we apologize for the condition you encountered. We did offer to have a plumber come out to take a look, but you stated that after running a cycle the issue seemed to be resolved during your stay. That said, we’ve since had it thoroughly serviced to prevent any recurrence. I also sincerely apologize about the dryer not working, that’s understandably frustrating, especially when you planned around having it available. I’m happy to share that the dryer has now been fully repaired and is working properly for future guests. Thank you as well for noting the missing kitchen items. We’ve added mixing bowls and food storage containers to better equip the space. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother, more seamless stay in the future.
