Our well-maintained 3BR/2B house is only 2.5 miles from Sarasota downtown and Marina Jacks, 1.5 miles to Payne Park, 7.1 miles to Siesta Beach, and 9 miles from University Town Center. The home is on a dead end street with a walking trail that takes you to beautiful views and beyond.

It features remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, vaulted cathedral ceilings with fans and exposed wooden beams, laminate flooring, and a finished garage with AC that can be used as a work-out room.

There is plenty of room for the family to spread out as the open floor plan boasts a large living room, spacious dining area, and updated, fully - equipped kitchen. The outside amenities consist of enclosed lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, favorite book or just chill; and a fenced manicured yard with mature trees to appreciate nature, sun and quiet time. THE SPACE:

Our home is situated on a dead end street in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. You will not hear any cars going up or down the street. Enjoy a short walk to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and FAMOUS Phillippi Creek Levee Trail.

This home is ideal for longer stays and is KID FRIENDLY! Our location allows you proximity to enjoy the best of the area without paying high prices.

- Master Bath is equipped with a standing shower, a sink and a lot of storage for make-up and toiletries.
- Second bathroom has a standing shower and can be accessed from the living room and is located in the nook between the other 2 rooms. Large closet inside for towels, toiletries and extra clothes/blankets/suitcases.

The living room is filled with natural light, creating a welcoming space to spend downtime between beach trips and outings. Enjoy binge-watching/family movie/game night on the Smart HDTV in the living room.

If you’re working from home or remotely, a dedicated work desk and WI-FI with high-speed internet are provided.

The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, and all the appliances needed to prepare and serve meals.

The laundry room is armed with the best-in-class QUIET washer and dryer and is available during your stay.

You can park in the driveway, which is suitable for cars, sedans, SUVs, small trucks. Driveway is suitable for 2 cars. Larger/longer cars or more than one car can be parked on the dead-end street parallel to the driveway.

ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire house. The code to the door will be sent to you an hour before booking.
