Spend fall days exploring colorful trails, walking along the Georgian Bay shoreline or visiting nearby communities. During winter, enjoy skiing and seasonal attractions at Blue Mountain, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Wasaga Nordic & Trail Centre, or explore regional OFSC snowmobile trails when conditions permit.

After a day of adventure, return home to warm fireplaces, comfortable living spaces and your private year-round hot tub.

THE HOME

Cali’s comfortably accommodates a maximum of six guests and includes:

• Three guest bedrooms
• Queen pull-out sofa on the lower level, with linens and extra pillows provided
• Two bathrooms
• Two comfortable living areas
• One full kitchen
• Smaller European-style kitchen on the lower level
• Two indoor electric fireplaces
• Heated bathroom floors
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Smart TVs
• Dedicated workspace
• Convenient on-site parking

The pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping flexibility but does not increase the maximum occupancy beyond six guests.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Enjoy a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of space for children and dogs to play. The outdoor area includes lounge seating, dining space, a gas BBQ, fire pit and private year-round hot tub.

Firewood is provided. Outdoor fires must comply with current municipal regulations and any active fire restrictions.

A second electric BBQ is located on the enclosed, ventilated balcony off the second-floor living room. It provides a convenient grilling option during winter or when the weather does not permit outdoor cooking.

Seasonal ice-fishing opportunities may be available nearby when ice conditions and local regulations permit. Guests are responsible for confirming current ice conditions, licensing requirements and applicable regulations.

GUEST COMFORT

Bath towels and separate beach and hot-tub towels are provided. Guests also receive fresh linens, essential toiletries and starter supplies.

Dogs are welcome, and the fully fenced backyard provides a comfortable outdoor area for them to enjoy.

Guests have exclusive access to the three guest bedrooms, two bathrooms, both living areas, both kitchens, the garage and all designated indoor and outdoor guest spaces. One ground-floor room is reserved for owner use and remains locked. Two supply closets are also locked.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the community.

Fall brings colorful hiking and biking trails, peaceful beach walks and spectacular sunsets without the summer crowds. Explore Wasaga Beach Provincial Park, take a scenic drive through South Georgian Bay or spend the day enjoying the attractions, shops and restaurants at Blue Mountain and Collingwood.

When evening arrives, prepare dinner on the backyard gas BBQ or the electric BBQ located on the ventilated, enclosed second-floor balcony. Gather around one of the outdoor fire areas with the firewood provided, or relax in the private hot tub beneath the stars.

WINTER ADVENTURES

Cali’s is an inviting home base for winter getaways. Spend the day skiing or snowboarding at Blue Mountain, explore the Nordic ski and snowshoe trails at Wasaga Beach Provincial Park or discover the area’s regional snowmobile trail network.

Seasonal ice-fishing opportunities may also be available nearby when weather and ice conditions permit. Guests are responsible for confirming current conditions and following all applicable licensing and fishing regulations.

After a day outdoors, return home to heated bathroom floors, cozy indoor fireplaces and a year-round private hot tub. Playtime Casino Wasaga Beach also offers nearby dining and entertainment throughout the year.
