With four bedrooms, high-end finishes, and multiple spaces to lounge, dine, and entertain, this home is perfect for groups seeking a stylish stay close to Wilton Drive. Every detail—from its curated interiors to its resort-style backyard—has been crafted for a relaxing yet elevated experience.



Step through the front door into a spacious foyer that immediately sets the tone: a cozy lounge area with modern seating invites you to unwind the moment you arrive. The adjacent dining area features a large statement table perfect for dinner parties, collaborative work sessions, or long, leisurely meals with friends.



At the heart of the home lies a chef’s kitchen, fully stocked and designed for both function and flow. Its open layout connects seamlessly to the rest of the house, making it easy to cook, mingle, and entertain all at once. Beyond the kitchen, the living room offers a large, plush sectional and a flat-screen TV for movie nights, along with a smaller dining table overlooking the backyard — the ideal spot for morning coffee or casual bites.

Important Notes:

*Pool and jacuzzi heating is available upon request for $35 per day and must be paid out for your entire reservation. The heating for both the pool and jacuzzi is one central system and therefore they cannot be heated simultaneously. Please message your host whenever you would like to switch the heating from our output to another.

*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.

*The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to ensure water quality and cleanliness. Because the property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees (welcome to tropical Florida!), you may occasionally notice a few leaves in the water between services. This is completely normal and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool — it’s simply part of the natural environment.
