This vacation rental is a dream come true! The sparkling clean pool and rejuvenating spa make for the perfect relaxation spot, while the well-appointed amenities provide everything you could possibly need. Wonderful Property

Great location, awesome pool and hot tub. Check-in was super easy and Barnes was able to let us do an early check-in which made the arrival day even better. House was clean, beds are super comfy and the location was great for going out to dinners and a short Uber to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great house both inside and out. Pool/hot tub were great. We appreciated the details like the linens, towels, kitchen, and bathrooms. The place is conveniently located, well decorated, and thoroughly enjoyable. Communication with the host was easy. There were no surprises. I recommend.

Girls trip

I rented this house for a girls trip myself my daughters my sister and niece. There was six of us. This was a great house in a safe area. Very clean which is very important to me. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The pool was great. It’s heated which was nice. My only issue was using the spa you had to turn valves on and off which I wasn’t comfortable with.I think it would have been easier if there was a switch of some sort. I did reach to get a little help with it and the response was fast and helpful.

Want to return

This house is on a quiet canal surrounded by palm trees. Inside is as peaceful as the outside. The rooms are perfect for a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, dining area-and other rooms. There is a person who can take care of any problems 24/7. If you enjoy fishing, you can do so from your own dock. Pompano, snapper, catfish and other species are there. I used fresh shrimp and had a blast. The pool and spa are great. We all enjoyed that they were heated. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars.

Poor cleaning service

Property/house was beautiful and was actually perfect for our stay. However, we have a few comments. One of the bedrooms was not cleaned. Sheets on the bed were dirty as was the bathroom. I also think a few more amentities like providing hand towels and wash clothes, extra soap etc. Towels and bed sheets are old and in need of replacing. Please check with your cleaning service as they need improvement.

Exactly What We Needed!!

Our family of six (adults) had a fantastic stay! Communication with the host was excellent, and the layout of the property was perfect, with each couple having their own bathroom. The outdoor space had plenty of seating, so we never felt cramped. The neighborhood felt very safe—we enjoyed morning walks in a different direction every day.The highlight of our stay was the backyard. The pool was kept at 86 and was absolute heaven—easily the best VRBO pool we've ever experienced. I don't think I've spent so much time in a pool in my entire adult life! The dock by the canal was another peaceful retreat where we often had breakfast and relaxed.We did have a bit of trouble figuring out the pool controls on the first evening, but we called Tatiana and she talked us through it. I felt terrible because it was Saturday night, but she was super patient.The only minor downside was the cleanliness. The property could use a thorough cleaning, both inside and out, and a few things need to be replaced. There were some spices in the cabinet that expired in 2013, so we ended up going out and buying everything we needed for the week. Overall, though, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend this property to others.

A gem!

This is the second time we visited this property, and we loved it again! Booking was easy! Host and property manager are highly communicative. I booked the house, and then I needed to make changes due to changes in my flights. The team accommodated an additional day, an early checkin, and a late checkout becomes it was available. The location es excellent! Close to stores and restaurants but tucked into a peaceful neighborhood. The home is as pictured with high end furnishings and amenities. The outside area is just fabulous. The pool was beautiful and warm at 85 degrees, and the hot tub would be great in the spring or fall. Our nephew loved fishing off the deck for a couple of hours, and there was a hose to ensure everything could be cleaned up easily. The kitchen is fully equipped. We fed ourselves and my brother’s family of four with ease. Everything we needed was available. The size of the house is perfect with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an extra futon. Plenty of room for everyone! The house is perfect for elderly people too. My mom easily used a walker with the ranch floor plan. A short step outside was easy to navigate for her. The security deposit is steep, but you will understand why when you arrive. We took care of the property, and the deposit was returned in full shortly after our trip concluded. Long story short,,, even if it is a little more than you want to pay, book it. It’s worth it, and we are looking to book again soon! Lynn

Sauber und zweckmÀssig. Drittes Zimmer sehr dunkel und Pool kleiner als auf den Fotos.

Das Haus wurde in einem saubere Zustand ĂŒbergeben, die Zugangsdaten kamen rechtzeitig aber spĂ€t. Die am Grill montierte Gasflasche war bereits leer, ein Ersatz stand im Gartenschopf bereit. Es bestand kein Übernahme- oder RĂŒckgabeprotokoll, ging jedoch beides problemlos ĂŒber die BĂŒhne. Die Poolanlage musste wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts repariert werden, da kein Wasser mehr durch die Filteranlage gezogen wurde. Poolbeleuchtung ist sehr mager (kaum Licht). Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt recht zufrieden und können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Die nĂ€here Umgebung ist gepflegt und ruhig. Wir hatten mit unserer 4 Köpfigen Familie viel Spass und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was just as the pictures portrayed. It was a beautifully laid out property. Our kids spent the time spent in the home out back off the dock trying to fish and loved it. The adults enjoyed the hot tub on the cooler evenings and the inside space was perfect for enjoying each other's company yet large enough to have some time to oneself when needed. Property was absolutely perfect and provided us with all the amenities needed. The owner was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful home!

My fiancé and I chose this home for our first visit to Wilton Manors. We will come back to both, for sure. We found fine dining, shopping, night life and sun. The home is very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. He sleeps in, so I would enjoy my morning coffee poolside. The backyard is quite private and beautifully landscaped.

We had a wonderful time at this property, the pictures don’t do the yard justice, gorgeous very peaceful and relaxing oasis, that is convenient to shopping and restaurants and the beach, would definitely stay there again!!!

Beautiful Resort like property

My family of 5 (3 young adults) stayed for Easter week at this beautiful property. House was exactly as pictured in photos and backyard was an an oasis with a beautiful pool and gardens. Great amenities for a beach hopping week! Tons of beach towels.. beach chairs and umbrellas. Tatiana and Barnes were always available if there was a problem or any questions. Location was an easy walk to restaurants and close to many beaches. We really enjoyed our family time in this home.

We a busy professional couple that bought this house as a Get-Away from the stresses of city life and cold weather. We love to visit with our kids and family or have friends down to join us at the Villa. The house is perfect for relaxation and easy entertaining with plenty of spaces for people to spread out. The outdoor areas of the pool patio, shaded pergola and sunny dock offer visitors different zones to enjoy. We're happy to be able to create so many lasting memories here and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we have.

Many properties are available for rent but very few can match our home with the quality of the bathrooms, mattresses, furnishings, and privacy inside plus the Waterfront Oasis backyard that has been described as the most beautiful and lush tropical paradise imaginable by visitors. You come to South Florida for the Sunshine and Water so be on it!! Rent a boat and dock it at the house. Take sunset kayak or paddleboard trips down the river!! Nothing beats the Waterfront Beauty of our Island Villa. All of this plus the added bonus of charming walkable and safe village of Wilton Manors. Children still play basketball on the street and neighbors walk their dogs, smile and wave hello. You may never want to leave!!!

Nights under the stars and swaying palms as you sit in the hot tub are pure magic. With landscape lighting in the trees, on the dock and on the house it glows like something from a movie. Pool and hot tub lights change through a rainbow of colors. Orchids and tropical flowers are in bloom with vibrant colors and aromatic delight.
Inside the Villa you'll appreciate a truly professionally designed and furnished first quality home. All countertops are either granite, marble or glass. Floors are marble and limestone in living rooms and baths. This is NOT a rental unit with IKEA furniture, worn sheets or skimpy towels. This is the house for those guests that appreciate and expect quality. You could compare it to a suite at the Ritz or W hotel but for far less money and much more privacy.
