☛ Primary guest must be 25+ years old
☛ Strictly no smoking
☛ No parties or loud music, especially at the dock (sound carries easily over water)
☛ No pets allowed
☛ Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
☛ Guests need to place all bagged trash in the garage trash can. We kindly request to double-bag any human waste (diapers or raw food products) before being disposed off.
☛ Set thermostat setting:
- No lower than 68°F during the stay and to set it at 80° when checking out (summer season)
- No higher than 76° during stay and set to 55° when checking out (winter season).
☛ No shoes inside the house, please
☛ A $500 penalty applies violating our house rules.
